I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
I was told it would pay for a/c and it did not due to the part that was needed to make the repair.
She kept trying to make me keep coverage, told her several times I did not want it.

Our coverage plans vary depending on the age and mileage of the vehicle. Therefore, our sales agents place you into the highest level of coverage your vehicle qualifies for at the best rates. We do go over what is covered with you on the initial phone call and also send you the policy. Please give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.
I don't remember contacting. I think it was a contract issue.
After careful review of other companies I felt Car Shield was the best Coverage vs cost.

The two times I called, my car problem was not covered by the policy. The person explained why even though I was not happy that is wasn’t covered.
