My car had been in the shop for 2 weeks. I still have no idea of your covering the repair & I still have no rental car. The shop said they sent you everything you wanted. You say the shop did not send it. All I know is I have no car to get around with & I can not get an answer from eather of you.

I was told multiple times to scan my tow receipt for reimbursement and I did just that and I have yet to receive my reimbursement. I have been waiting a week to about two weeks and I haven't received any emails explaining why I haven't received it or if I even will.
It's sad that when you go to a dealership and you're told they don't deal with Carshield and they tell you why when you've been told that all you have to do is take your car to the dealership of your choice and they won't accept your warranty
Only had it for one month becuase i decided to get a new car and that in itself was a great opportunity not to have to buy a whole year or more at one time. I never got to put it to the test at a service dealer but i am confident it would have been fine! My wifes warranty is running out soon and we will definitley be contacting Car Shield!
Just because my car is not driven much and even though I've had CarSheild for over six months, they denied my claim. They knew when I purchased my Platinum plan that the car was rarely driven. Now Carshield has denied my coverage.

My battery was dead and the vehicle could not be put into neutral. I called CarShield for assistance to get a tow to the dealership. The attendant was friendly and helpful. We found a tow company that could move the vehicle on a flatbed.
None of the problems were covered, also knew we needed a rental, was waiting to see if was covered so we couldn't use the car rental through our policy, because of having to call before we knew what was going on with the automobile.
The starter on my 2018 f 150 was remaining engaged at startup. Took it to my mechanic, he contacted car shield and work it all out. Replaced the part and all I paid was my deductible. Easy peasy.
Look on the CarShield mailing you received. There is no mailing address on it. They hide the place where they are doing business. Read the fine print in their mailing. CarShield does not of itself provide extended vehicle warranties. CarShield simply acts as a sales agent for other warranty companies. Do a "CarShield" internet search and the Better Business Bureau has many, many complaints on the company.

I was with this company for about two years until March 30 when I found out, they dented my claim just because my tag was out but less be honest they worry about the wrong thing. What about Insurance? I can see if I didn't have Insurance on my car I have have been driving it but for a tag being out come on NOW so people please be careful with this company cause they will come up with anything they can not to GET your car fix when you paying every month…
I was told after having new rear brakes and rotors put on that I needed new calibers on the back also.

I had no problem, the car dealership called car shield and told them what I needed done and they paid the bulk of the bill. I only had to pay a small copay. I am very satisfied with car shield. Love me some car shield.
I was on my way to work I turn in to my job I rolled over something an it slice my tire open. I called carshield to have a tow truck come out to tow my car. When the tow truck driver arrived his service was outstanding customer service was very professional. The towing company name was Capo Exotic Towing.

I saw the commercial on the television. I called, and the salesperson was very knowledgeable and I was going to apply for the basic package. He convinced me to apply for the electronic package also. I was a little skeptical, but he encouraged me to take advantage of this one time offer today only. I was hesitant and he explained that I would be satisfied in the end. One month later, my electronics stopped working. I took my car to my dealership. They told me the problem, and I told them I had Carshield. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, when my mechanic informed me that the repairs were almost complete and I just had to pay my co-pay; Carshield had paid the bill. I was so happy that the knowledgeable salesperson had convinced me to purchase the best insurance package for the best coverage. The commercial was right, and I'm very satisfied.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Will never refer carshield to my friends nor family. I wish I had know ahead of time how carshield operates. I would rather pay out of pocket than to deal with carshield.

Keep getting call from Car Shield saying i am back on payments. I have autopay setup with Navy Federal Credit Union. Do not Understand why I get all these Calls. Could be an Expensive Scam on Carshield.

The car shop found my problem, I called car shield the next day the work was approved, recieved my car back on third day, paid my deductible, everything worked out very smoothly.
