Though I didn't have my car for six weeks, I was okay knowing it would be covered. I was hoping it would be full coverage but I was ok with the amount that they offered. They also covered 14 days of the rental car I had, it wasn't fully covered but I'm happy with the amount that was.

Call to find out if they would cover a possible car repair. Patiently listen to me and explained that I was covered! Huge relief! They had already replaced my car computer console for $2500. I was concerned the other repair wasn't going be paid for. I was covered! Great!

We put in a claim after our van had trouble with transmission slipping when climbing hills. We had taken out Car Shield 5 months before this happened. It has been two weeks, the garage we took it to has been very good and kept us updated on repairs. However, the process seems long and complicated. Car Shield requiring photos and much information and demands for more information.

Everything was alright after calling Car Shield who gave me options where I could go to get my Jeep worked on because it was running hot. The problem was the car rental no one explained the way it works after telling me I could rent a car until mine was ready and setting up an appointment to pick it up no one said when the time started when Car Shield would start paying.
The lady at CarShield was very thoughtful about what I said about why I needed a factory dealership to do my problem with my brakes.Dealership did a good job.I to wait over 4hrs.but it was worth the time,also had free lunch at dealership.
