I was called twice about my bill not gone through my credit card when I had a email from my bank showing that went through OK. So by the third time I had to tell the operator to recheck because it was paid. So I don't know why I was called when it was paid on time so looks like one department didn't know what the other department was doing

Called car shield to find out if my rear passenger door which will not for some unbeknownst reason will not open is covered to get it fixed as this is a safety hazard. Also Sked if my Bluetooth was covered as it won't connect to my phone. The girl I spoke to said to hold on while she checked with her manager. When she returned to the phone she said YES that both were covered and to just tell the service person to call them and they would give their approval. Well that's what I did and low and behold when they were called they said the blue tooth wasn't covered and only one part on the door would be covered. Not happy.

DEF System not covered. Transmission is covered, however, every action was scrutinized as though it was fraudulent, ie, my Truck was not Towed. So it must not be valid. A Car Shield Inspection must occur before payment or approval of the work. And it would take 7-21 days! Unacceptable. I will be canceling Car Shield the next business day.

Every action taken by me or the Dealership was questioned and scrutinized. I believe they thought we were lying and scamming them.

Factory warranty expired on my 2017 Camaro so I purchased carshield gold package. Towards the end of summer it developed a shutter that could be felt when driving up hills. Took to Chevrolet dealer & they diagnosed the problem as a torque converter issue. The dealership communicated conveyed this information to carshield and claim was approved within days. Car shield followed though with everything the state & advertise on commercials. I would recommend their auto coverage to any & everyone I know. 5 stars. Prompt helpful agents are always available with easy access to answer all question.

I would have to drive a half hour to an hour to get to a service that accepts your insurance.
I tried the local ones but they told me I would have to go to a Jeep dealership in order to get the correct part.

Great service but the only thing is that CarShield has a lower percentage rate on how much they pay out for their estimated service fees compared with the dealership. I had to pay quite a bit more to cover the difference.

Carshield is a total rip off! My g f had them for 2 years and they never paid for any repairs done to her truck they would always come up with an excuse why it wasn't covered or just ignore her completely..

Had to pay out money for the car rental when I was told that car rental would be covered. This was not a good issue. Received a notice from the vehicle center stating that the catalytic converter was not covered. This was a $9000 issue to the owner of the car, I didn't think that it was a good thing due to the fact that Car Shield said that they cover issues to the car total car with the Cadillac converter should've been covered.

We paid for the battery and replace break pads which after checking around found it was double what should have paid. They replace a break sensor which should have been cover under the warranty, but thy made no effort to see if Car Shield would cover it. T

There were two separate items that based on the contract it was covered and I received a text stating they will be covered, then shortly after received a call saying that it won't be covered due to rust the other claim will be covered (the less expensive claim). I live in Illinois rust underneath a car or SUV is par for the course seeing the type of weather we have here. I was told by the shop there was in fact a leak in the oil pan, which is supposed to have been covered. I didn't appreciate being told one thing then 5 minutes later told another.

Unit in question can't function with out fluid...fluid held in place by the Seal on the unit but the Seal is not covered. Unit will fail without a seal,which according to the Dealership working on my vehicle makes one complete unit...One can't work without the other..

Car started acting funny early Friday morning on my way to work. Called car shield had it towed to repair shop. Tow charge 180 dollars out of pocket 55 dollars
Repair shop looked at my car Monday morning around 1130a ran diagnostics on my car discovered it was the transmission. Had a new transmission installed and was completely done with my car by 11a Friday morning. I received a rental car that Wednesday. At no cost to me. Which did take a little longer to get than I was happy about but everything turned out fine. I'm truly happy and blessed that I have Car Sheild. The monthly charge is definitely worth paying.
