My starter gave out on my 2014 F-150. Once again, CarShield made my repair experience smooth and easy. What would have cost me nearly $500 was just my $100 deductible. So far I've saved thousands on repairs through CarShield.
I was called twice about my bill not gone through my credit card when I had a email from my bank showing that went through OK. So by the third time I had to tell the operator to recheck because it was paid. So I don't know why I was called when it was paid on time so looks like one department didn't know what the other department was doing
I haven't had covered trouble with my car, but I had trouble with the debit card I was using. They were cool with notifications and we straightened it out.

Easy transition from start to finish. Communication from Car Shield to repair dealer was very easy. Vehicle was completely repaired in a very short time.

The mechanic still hasn't been paid for labor also you guys only paid 254 for the pump and he paid 295. I paid for the cluster. You guys owe the shop around 250 dollars.

Due to my experience with Car Shield, I will spend the rest of my life, educating everyone I know regarding the abomination of the rip-off that Carshield is...$1300 repair estimate and Carshield agreed to pay ALL, but $1253 of it. I will no longer watch ESPN nor Law and Order SVU because of celebrity support and encouragement to steal money from the middle class. What was their cut for promoting false advertisement?... my total cost for $1300 in repairs came to $1736, thanks to carshield's 2 monthly premiums for my 2 jeeps.

I was told on the phone that the air compressor was covered and that I could send on the invoice. Then another person told me after I called to send the invoice that I was not covered.
I was told 2 different things which didn’t help me at all.

My rental car was quickly handled and approved. Having a car problem and getting it to a mechanic who worked with carshield went well. This relieved my stress level. I'm glad I had carshield.

Had An Experience of paying Alot of money for compressor and Got rebuilt or Reconditioned part lasted A month if that without having to replace it so soon another deductible again for another part the same in my vehicle Thnk U Carshield or Auto shield

Thought and believed commercial and it workout Just fine till it didn't wth your Reps oking price or parts didn't end up to good for me paid Deductible and a few hundred for my vehicle cause of it not working with Your Reps

Carshield is a scam. They have numerous actors and actresses on their commercials in California yet at the bottom of the screen during the end of commercial it states that they do not offer services in California. Why are the commercials aired in a state that does not offer the services? Carshield and their hired actors are frauds who are just looking to make a dollar regardless if they are purposely misleading people.

I had to wait two weeks for an appointment with the dealership. Not Car Shields fault. Was approved and repaired in one day. Would have been over $600 dollars but only $100.
My car is a 2012 Cadillac CTS4 with only 66,000. I have not had any major problems. I plan on keeping it. Just hedging my bet.

They paid for my first motor then when that one did the samething as the other with the same code they said they wouldn't pay for another motor even tho the code was the same no difference
They were kinda rude when I asked why they wouldn't replace it since they are the ones who bought the motor that now needs replacing because it did what the first motor did

Was given a written quote for$129. When signed up it went up till $211.00 and I was not given the discount for being a veteran. Was lied the whole time. Will telll everyone about them.

Some of the names given by Car Sheild no longer accept them for payment. Once I found a garage that I could trust, that accepted Car Shield, then it was very simple to get the work done and paid for.
Changed vehicles and had change the policy to the different vehicle. It was a simple thing to do.They were very cooperative.
Their advertisements are very good and when I contacted them it made good sense to take out the Policy.

I encountered a dead battery. Called Car Shield and it was like "Johnny on the Spot". Service was there immediately. No problem. I can travel the highway and feel GOOD knowing that I am protected. It's true Car Shield cars can travel anywhere knowing that they are protected ANYWHERE!

Scott covered all areas and I believe he gave me a good deal. Had to make decision on spur of the moment to lock it lowest premium.
I had heard a lot about them and grew to have respect for them because all recommendations that I heard about them was great. Haven't had to use it yet. Pray I don't but if I do that's when I will know how great they are!

I had 2 issues with my car, and Car Shield came through on both of them. They saved me several thousand dollars.

Ask about covering sunroof, not covered cost $600 to fix, if you go to dealer I'm sure it would in the thousands.
