My starter gave out on my 2014 F-150. Once again, CarShield made my repair experience smooth and easy. What would have cost me nearly $500 was just my $100 deductible. So far I've saved thousands on repairs through CarShield.
To my jeep in because it was shutting down while driving. The technician said it was oil housing and oil sensor problems also the crankshaft sensor was failing. You guys said prove it. It didn't fail in the shop but it did three times the next day so. Now I got take it back 3days before Christmas. It shut down trying to merge onto the Pennsylvania Highway which is very dangerous. The crankshaft sensor is cover so why just cover it.
I was pleased with the timely efficiency of my claim. The communication was ongoing. My claim and work completion was done in two days.

I know for sure that other garage is not going to work in our favor at all as contract holders with CarShield so with that said I'm going go cancel my contract the only way it's going to work for y'all is that y'all is to have your own Garage for contract holder only.
She explained everything in detail but with that said
It is not y’all fault it the Garages that want take y’all parts so that they can mark up their prices so to eliminate that y’all are going to have to have your own place for us to have our Cars fixed.

With were we had to go to get our car fixed and y’all don’t we still have to come out of our pocket and pay for the problem so I’m not going to pay for this insurance and have to pay for my repairs.

The process was so much easier than I expected. I was helped by a group of very caring people. My claim has just been accepted and I will be on the road in no time.
Actually, my car repair shop contacted Car Shield and handled the claim for me. Car Shield kept me updated the whole time.
I was looking for a car warranty policy and I liked their ads. I called and liked their products and especially the no pressure salesman.

Very poor service. They told me they will fix the car. The next day they said they are takung me off the contract. Because of the miles. Very unfair. I guess the price was to much. I have been with carshield a year. This is really sad. I will be filing a complaint

Had my truck seated at the shop for 2 weeks because they were making 1000 excuses not pay for the repair
The shop sent them everything they asked for and each time they kept asking for more info
Shop sent them pictures and details of what needed to be replaced
They ended up asking for a picture that was required to take whole bed off to get it
This was gonna cost more than the repair itself
Ended up paying for the repair my self just so i could get my truck back

Sales person was good until I researched competitors. For what carshieldcharged for 1 year I received 5 years coverage matching apples with apples. Same covered parts less deductible.

When I went for smog Ck in California for my car registration I was told my engine lights were on. Then I was told I needed a Diagnostic Ck to determine cause of engine lights with cost of $177. I have Car Shield I stated so I called Car Shield, shared my delema & was referred to a mechanic who agreed to work with Car Shied. Car Shield's representative's last statement was "be sure the mechanic has your contract # & the phone # for Car Shields Claims. Service was performed, minor reset was performed, merchant called claims office & claim was denied! If my car needed involved repairs the claim would have been paid? Could not get smogged without issue being resolved……issue resolved…….claim not paid after being referred to the merchant. So sorry I ever reached out to Car Shield & 1st time merchant experience speaks badly for Car Shield. Also when I asked to speak to Claims supervisor he declined…….very, very poor customer service as well

I was scammed & had to get a new card. By the time I would receive my new card, the billing date went by. They were very understanding & waited for my call with my new card #. No overdue payments. Thank you carshield!

I bought a second vehicle a few months ago. I recently sold the second vehicle, therefore canceling my policy on the second vehicle.

Picked the place I wanted to have the work done; they contacted Car Shield and handled everything and I got my car fixed which definitely saved me money.
It was very good. They explained everything and followed up with the garage I took the car to, sent the part I needed and my car was fixed.

They don't honor what they say and most auto repair shops will not take CARSHIELD because they don't get paid.
You pay first and then try to get reimbursed.

When I called CarShield I didn't have to wait a long period of time. The customer service person was very professional. I explained my problem with my 2021 Frontier Nissan truck, and she got me the help I needed with starting my truck by sending a Tow Truck service within 30 minutes.
I like the service CarShield provides too their customers.
