I've been a member of Carshield's Warranty Program for quite a few years. During this time, I've had to do maintenance on several vehicle parts. When claims were called in for approval I must say the dealership handling all repairs have been received positively wit prompt and immediate responses for claim verification. I have been blessed to not have my price portions to be above what I felt was reasonable. All claims are received, quoted a price with repairer, and paid upon completion of work. Yes! I'm a satisfied and pleased customer with CarShield and my repair dealership, Firestone for excellent care and showmanship of service! The cost to replace the faulty touch screen on my car was covered by Car Shield. However, I was not expecting that Car Shield does does not cover the cost off programming it so it will function properly.
Very good customer service, they answered all my questions that I was concerned about. Went the items that I needed work to be done and advised if it was covered or not.

I cannot believe CarShield only paid $504.66 for my AC Compressor when I was only going to pay my $100.00 deductible.

CarShield I pay fee per month to covers non -warranty car repairs. This program is very useful with cars that is out of manufacture warranty.

My experience was not good. My car was not cover under the repair need. There's was 2 times need repair and on the 2nd time I were told that my brakes was cover but when time came I was told that wasn't cover by car shield.
Service was great she's trying very hard to get me stay with car shield. Car shield will be having new Service coming up in a few months. But I told her thanks her but I don't needs your services anymore. Make payments nothing not cover I was paying out money for NOTHING.
Watching your commercial seem like that your company give good service. But car shield don't there's are so many people are not happy with your services.

My problem was taken care of once I paid for the diagnostic fee of less than $200 I was told by a car shield agent that I would get reimbursed for it come to find out I was misled so I am out of less than $200. Your agents need to know what will be reimbursed and what will not I live in Virginia the car was serviced in North Carolina that $200 was for my travel expenses
I was not too satisfied with your customer service. I paid almost a $200 diagnostic fee, but cannot get reimbursed for it.

This dealer doesn't like using Car Shield. They did the repair but said Car Shield would not pay for it because there was a pre-condition. I ended up paying for it myself.
My car is 12 years old and I expect things will go wrong eventually and didn't want the expense to be mine.

I have paid for car shield quite awhile now and when I needed a new thermostat, it was the only item not covered. Big O contacted them before working on my car.

I signed up for coverage last Oct. 2021, paid a total over $1400 in monthly insurance thus far; today my car broke down, need a new cooling fan which is part of the cooling system, but you guess right, NOT COVER.
PLEASE don't waste your money, BIG RIPP OFF!

Car refused to start at home, so I called car shield and they sent out a Roll Back right away, and took me and my car to the Dodge dealership in Marianna, FL Where it was fixed right away, and all I paid for was the $100 deductible. Thanks so much, you are a great team.

I really don't have an opinion about car shield at this time. I just recently enrolled in the program and have no experience other than making payments for protection.
I saw it on TV and had purchased a car that has a lot of miles on it and felt that I would need some protection in case something went wrong with my car that i would be covered.

I've used Car Shield twice and both times no questions asked.
In fact the mechanic who worked on my trucked the second the time, stated "You have a great insurance plan!"
My coverage expired and I watch several commercials on TV about Car Shield!

Went to get in my car after getting groceries and driver's side door wouldn't open. All other doors worked fine. Had to climb in via passenger front door. All windows worked fine.
Called to confirm that work done by dealer was not covered.

They get a bad reputation for not paying once you are a member. But i can attest that they covered almost $6k worth of repairs to my BMW with almost no question. Handled right thru the repair shop.
