After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!

I was pleased and Surprised that Carshield worked with my Ram Dealer Service Department to allow them to perform the repair, rather than forcing me to go to an independent service company. I prefer to have my vehicle serviced by dealership experts using 1st quality parts, I had to pay a bit out of pocket because the dealer would only use OEM replacement parts, but the extra charge was minimal and I knew the job was being done correctly with 1st quality parts. I do wish Carshield would adjust their operating model in such a way that all Car Dealerships would readily accept the Carshield Warranty program. The Carshield representatives I talked to were professional and kind. If my future encounters with Carshield will be like this one, I will be a customer for life.

In 2022, I had to get a turbocharger for my former 2007 Audi Quattro Automatic Transmission Station wagon. The parts would have cost me over $5,000 dollars. But fortunately, then and now I didn't have to pay that enormous price that I was quoted from the dealership and other auto mechanics. CarShield replaced the Turbocharger. I paid only my $200 dollar deductible. I was so happy and relieved thanks to CarShield.

Kia motors declined my car because I could not find a receipt from 2017. So instead of car shield honoring me as a customer of five years, they decided it with Kia motors and declined my kid even though car shield only goes back 12 months. I have canceled my service because it was the point of having a warranty program that only honor is the warranty of Kia and not the contract that I'm paying for previously I gave car shield a great review, but this review supersedes any previous review. I am very disappointed in Carshield. I was going to add to other vehicles to my account but now I will not!

They only seem to care about what was written and not on as a customer. I think it’s ridiculous that they would not honor this claim because of seven years ago it absolutely has no bearing on what my car is doing today. Very disappointed!

To cover cost of repairs that I could not afford. How about this way an extended type of warranty, but I was wrong.

I had my car fixed by one of you shops. However car shield could of let me know that I could of tooking my car to the ford dealer. That shop didn't fix my car right, it was the fuel system. I had to go back to them 6 times for their mistakes because the fuel system wasn't working. I did let car shield know about the problem that I was having with this shop.

He was very polite when I explained my problem. That's when I learned that I could of taking my car to the dealer the fist time.

My experience was not bad at all. I m disappointed in the amount of hours approved for my SUV. As a long time customer for the five years or so. For the next customer; do your due diligence and break cover cost with cCar Shield and the repair shop. The disparity in in hours shouldn't be that far apart as my experience with my SUV.

Good morning I want to talk about the semi OK deal that transpired with car shield. I had a problem with my car sensors and I took it to the dealership who called car shield and Kasia stated they would cover the repairs. What I did not know was that car, wanted to send parts to the dealership that the dealership would not accept, so there was a price discrepancy between what car shield would pay and what BMW was offering for the part in the end I had to pay the difference. The overall repair came to roughly over $3000, which car she paid 2200, I had to pay the rest which is roughly $800. This was still a very good deal and I did not have to come up with the whole 3000 but my service contract stated that I should only be paying 100 so this was $700 more than I was prepared to pay, but I paid it, so enclosing this is not a great deal but it was a OK semi deal and I can accept that at this time. Thank you.

The customer service experience over the phone was fantastic. Allow me to explain. I was not really aware as to what type of coverage I had on my vehicle turns out I had this elite diamond package that I’m paying for, of course I wasn’t sure what that all entailed, but I figured it had to be pretty good moving forward. The young lady on the phone explain to me what type of coverage I had and that my experience should be covered under my plan I was not aware that there was gonna be out of pocket expense over the hundred dollars scheduled to pay . That was not the customer service rep responsibility that should’ve been handled when I bought the plan but now I know we’ll go forward moving on.

Took my car to the Ford Dealer for service related to my transmission - Ford Edge 2019. It became necessary for the CarShield claim adjuster to visit the mechanics to verify the nature of the problem (torque converter failing). The Ford shop and CarShield eventualy arrived at an agreement on repair plan and cost. Once the claim was approved - getting a rental from Enterprise was very smooth. I'm happy to have the car back in working order. I'm please with the CarShield honoring their contract and I'm pleased with the Autonation Ford service personal.
