I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
Only paid a third of the cost and nothing on the car rental my daughter used for the week it took to get her car fixed.
From the advertising and I wasn't aware of any other companies at the time.

I have been subscribed to Car Shield for several years now and have had only one claim, but that claim was handled quickly and to my satisfaction.
My previous charge card was compromised so I had to replace it. The service personnel were very friendly and helpful.
I chose Car Shield because of the fair price to ensure that my Mustang continues to run as designed.

I encountered a dead battery. Called Car Shield and it was like "Johnny on the Spot". Service was there immediately. No problem. I can travel the highway and feel GOOD knowing that I am protected. It's true Car Shield cars can travel anywhere knowing that they are protected ANYWHERE!

Smooth transition from one vehicle I just sold to another vehicle I still own. Representative was nice and helpful and it didn't take much time to process.

Everything was good until I had a major vehicle issue and then they decided not to cover the major repair...blaming me for the issue but still repaired the root cause
Everything was fine until I asked for a written copy and the representative couldn't hear me and then hung up

I had a problem with my new credit debit card and they took time to call me and the gentleman was so nice on the phone and was very cosiderate as I had my card scammed and he was sorry to hear that but it wasn't Car Shield that had scammed it the gentleman was very caring and attentive.

This company tries its best to NOT PAY FOR your car problems! I went passed my mileage required, past the probation period, did everything and just so happen months later I have an issue with my vehicle and they say this COULD BE A preexisting problem! My mileage and is all the same from the last maintenance to the carfax! I STRONGLY URGE AND PRAY FOR OTHER FAMILIES WHO WORK HARD AND GIVE COMPANIES LIKE CARSHIELD THE BENEFIT NOT TO! This is NOT cool by any means and please read my review and look elsewhere! My car has been in the shop now for over 2 weeks teared down waiting on the adjuster to determine if he/she wants to fix my car! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! It will only put you that much more in a bind….
