I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
Never have used the coverage due to there us no one in the area that I live in that will honor Car Shields plan.
Sold a car and had to remove it from a plan. Customer service was good at removing vehicle and canceling plan

We have just joined and we have experienced very helpful, friendly and informative people.

They come through for me so far. I've used them several times for my 2014 Lexus.The service render was very satisfying from them.
I complained about the dealership finding other things that didnโt need attention at that time. Car Sheild explained to me a sure of coverage that they will pay for at that moment. I was very satisfied.๐๐๐๐
