After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
Almost 2 months ago I had transmission problems.you hual it to mr.transmission in Montgomery, al.you paid 3000 dollars I paid my part. I call carsheild I was told nothing you can do but take it back.I did so they came back with another diagnose said it was computer after the in stall the computer they call me and said carsheild send a bad transmission. So on 11/13/2023 they call said another transmission was install and I own them for a computer I didn't need. Went pick up car it did drive 4 or 5 miles and transmission stop shifting. Took my car right back to MR.Transmission and it diagnose came reading the same problem it was said almost 2 months ago. So far I don't have my car... talk to carsheild claims department explain my problem and I get it nothing carsheild can help me but let mr transmission get right. It been almost 2months and they still not fix it and carsheild pay them... right now am not sure how to handle this.I done reach out to carsheild twice and also carsheild told a second person from carsheild went to look at it for the secondary transmission that was in stall. Then as carsheild and me talk on the phone it came mr.transmission provides the transmission. So that told me their was no secondary inspection was done.am I sure mr transmission already knew my car would not drive.I was call to pay for a computer. So I think mr.transmission try to pull carsheild and my leg and begin dishonest...next is for legal investigation to be precise...I don't see any thing I can do. But get legal advice. Mr.michael loza
Well not person fault.. but was told scene carsheild pay for my transmission to fix repair or replace it nothing they can do.. which it's not fix ..car is still at mr transmission shop...
I choose carsheild cause my car was getting order. I heard from many people I know said how great carsheild was. My job is an hourly way from home.an hour away back home. I think carsheild is great. And want to keep it..

I have the Platinum Coverage Plan. When my transmission failed the vehicle was taken to the dealership for repairs. CarShield would only cover a little over half of the repair bill. I was still out over $3,800.00. This is the only vehicle I own and when I rented a vehicle on the day the transmission failed CarShield would not help with the rental because the repairs had not been approved. I guess I was supposed to walk 50 miles to my house and then be foot bound for over two weeks. It was 8 days before the repairs were approved (at half price mind you) and then they would only cover partial rental for 14 days starting from the time of the breakdown. They wouldn't pick up rental cost after repairs were approved because I had already rented the vehicle. I had to wait on a partial reimbursement for over two weeks and I had to rent the vehicle a total of twenty four days. I am not trying to sway or change anyones opinion on purchasing Car Shield as a 3rd party insurance company but in my opinion it is a JOKE and SCAM.
A Car Shield representative was supposed to contact me when the repairs had been approved and I did not receive any communication from them. The repair facility called me and told me how much out of pocket I owed. I was floored.
I was told how well they were covering the repairs.
Received all kinds of solicitations through the mail and seeing the commercials on TV.

These lying scan People Is a big rip off. I made payments Of $89.99 every month on my warranty with car shield, Unfortunately I had problems with my vehicle after making about 6 to 7 payments. I took my vehicle to the Honda dealership. I got them to check it out and come to find out there were problems with my motor. Some of the problems I had was part of what car shield was suppose to cover on their warranty, missed fire cylinders, and Other things that I don't remember. Carshild told the Honda Service department that they had to take my motor out of my vehicle so that they (carshield) could inspect my vehicle to see if The warranty cover the problem that was going on with my vehicle. I had just had a oil change 2 weeks before my vehicle started acting up, so carshield did their bull crap inspection, and they said that the oil was black and had not been changed for a long time; I knew that was a lie, Therefore they were not going to fix the vehicle because of a lack of maintenance says carshield. Now I'm stuck with the $6000 debt that I have to pay Before I can get my vehicle back. I'd like to say to Ice T and any other celebrity that's lying to promote carshield's bull crap wwarranty, Stop lying for these people at car shield, You're only making yourself look bad. I would like to say to carshield you people oh you people will get what you deserve, Because what goes around comes back around be careful how you do people Because it will get done back to you but worse. Take it from a person that fear God. The only reason I added the star, because it would not let me submit until I did add a star.
