I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
Engine blew up and they only covered $1200 out of the $6000. My shop provided all the necessary details from cause of failure to freeze frame data. They refused to pay the entire claim. Even though all parts were covered under the contract. If you google this company you'll understand why there's a 10 million dollar lawsuit for deceptive ads. No shop or dealership wants to deal with CarShield either. They are difficult to work with and do not pay out. Save yourself and go with another company.
A good experience. Just like the commercials. I was shocked when they told me what I have to pay before I can pick up my car. Car shield is no fake.
The commercial on tv. I took a chance since my warranty about to expire. When my quote came out to fix my budget I said Yes.

The dealership I went to accepted car shield but after trying to get a claim it never went thru. Did not understand why. I was very disappointed.

Had a wire shortage and the door connection. Call shield did not pay for that. I thought that they should I was disappointed.

HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH CAR SHIELD, GOT WRECKER SENT TO MY HOUSE WITHIN AN HOUR, AND HAD TRUCK SENT TO THE CLOSEST REPAIR SHOP. GOT IT BACK IN 2 1/2 DAYS TO CHANGE MY STARTER ON F-250.
