I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
I'm a new customer. The process was easy,the customer service person was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I didn't feel pressed to join. I'm glad I decided on on Car Shield.

Prices of everything is high Trump hasn't been. Sworn in yet. I have to pay nearly one thousand dollars for out of pocket. I live only on SS can't afford out of pocket.

Transmission would not come out of park. I was able to drive it to my local Honda dealer. They contacted Car Shield and when I picked it up all I owed was my $100 deductible.

I received a replacement card that I was using for auto payments. As most people, if you don't keep track of what auto pay you have on a card you forget to update your accounts.

Needed tow service after an accident but couldn't get any deduction off the price I paid to get the car removed off hwy but it was agreed upon they will pay towards towing my vehicle from where it was taken to when it was removed then CarShield paid their deduction to tow the car from where it was taken to after the wreck to my residence which was out of town from where the accident occurred
No out of pocket help toward the money I spent to get my car moved from the accident the service which law enforcement call to tow my vehicle

My monthly payment is automatic payment on a card. The card expired. Car Shield left message for me to call. I gave Car Shield new expiration date to complete payment. Process went very well!

Had endurance on last vehicle and they were rude and cut you short they were rude when trying to get me to insure the car I have now insisting I should use them and not car shield got rude arguing with me had to hang up on them

I had Cardshield for about 3 years and have used their service few times. I have no regrets of having then as my preferred insurance. This year I went to one of their recomended repair shop, the repair shop was very customer service oriented. The shop made the diagnostic of the repairs needed. And to the surprrice of me Cardshieds personel went beyond shop recommendations and my car was fully repaired saving lots of repair cost. Also they "walked the tuck"" by renting a car until my car was fully repaired.

I brought my car to my favorite mechanic and he told me that I needed all new brakes and a master cylinder, I told him to fix it and it was done the next day and Car Shield took care of the cost and I was back on the road that night.
Car Shield is insurance for your car when it breaks down, and that is what I love about it, anything goes wrong with my car and I know that it will be fixed and paid for by Car Shield.

I am happy with the quality of the work performed. I am a little disappointed in the fact that all labor was not covered especially since I went to a car shield in network repair shop.
Price and coverage which I now found out wasn't what I expected.

The contract does go over the details of the coverage and explains that all repair parts and costs are verified per nationally recognized labor guides. Once I found out issue, I called Car Shield. Customer Service walked me through the procedures. Repair shop coordinated with Car Shield until repairs were completed.

I called Car Shields and the lady was very professional, polite and helpful. So far, I'm very pleased with my experience. I told others friends family members about my experience.
The monthly payments were a little high. So, they lady was helpful and adjust my payments.
Driving a European vehicle, I know parts and repairs will be expensive so, I didn't want to take a chance since it's my only vehicle.

I first got it it was way too expensive and I was going to cancel and they gave me a much lower rate did not understand why they did not offer me that right at the beginning.
Bought used car with 98,000 miles on it. Looks and runs great, but you know something is going to go at some point.
