I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
The claim process went very well. The representatives very thorough and well informed. The only issue I had was the fact I was on hold about 45 minutes.
Best bang for the money they have a very good reputation. Both of my vehicles are 2016 models so felt it was a good idea to sign up

Not very good. It is like I am paying for "Excludables". Every time something goes wrong with my car It was not covered. In other words it was excluded.
Customer Service was okay.
I thought Car Shield would cover most of my break downs.

My air conditioning unit went in my SUV and all I had to pay was my deductible. So it worked out just like they said it would. I'm impressed. And I'm very thankful that I had car shield.
They were very courteous on the phone and reached out to my dealership and everything was taken care of

I received a call on 5 Dec 24. A bout my 2014 Silverado, so I call to find out what it was about, and was told that there were no issues with my truck. Thee lady said that it was a scam.

They were very good with setting up my car for repairs, could chose anyone as long as they take carshield, customer service were very helpful on the process.
I chose Car Shield because my car is older 2016 and wanted to get protection for any upcoming repairs as I am on a fixed income and can pay the deductibles.

I have only had CarShield for about 5 months and have never had to use it!
The car I bought was top of the line and in like new condition, 8 years old and only 45,000 miles!
Tho car had an 8 year warranty and I had Endurance and it ran out 2 months after I bought it!
I had heard about CarShield on the Cris Saldecio show on Newsmax TV!
I read some of the reviews I saw about it and decided to get CarShield!
I called and got the insurance through them!

It was a problem and I should have known to not by something without seeing the contract first.
A lot of language in the contract that I did not agree with, that is why I canceled.
It was ok, the rep tried to get me to keep the coverage but like I said above I did not like some of the language in the contract.
It was recommended, but I would not recommend it without the party doing the purchasing to review the contract first.

The customer support has been great but between Ford of Clermont and Carshield I've been waiting for them to come back with the decision as to approve the repairs and Ford to provide the necessary information required.
Excellent service in regards to help out with trying to get all parties on the same page and Alxis she did h er best to assist.

I would like to Thank Ashley from CarShield for helping me get the coverage that I received when I was lied to by the dealership that I was involved with that my car problem was not covered by Car shield when in fact it was and Ashley exposed the dealership for there lie and my car's problem was fixed by CarShield.
I was treated very well by my customer service rep Ashley and she explained to me everything that was going on and how the situation got resolved.

I buy new cars and usually trade-in my vehicles when the manufacturer bumper-to-bumper warranty expires along with the Power Train Warranty. I retired this year and budge is an issue so I may keep my cars a few more years longer. This is the first time I have ever used Car Shield. I worked with the Car Shield Warranty Specialist on the phone and we negotiated a realistic monthly rate that I could afford. Three months later I noticed some issues and took the vehicle to Ford and had it analyzed. It was identified that I had a Transmission issue. Ford reached out to Car Shield and submitted a Claim. American Auto Shield is the Contract Administrator and the Claim Processor. Car Shield has a very structured set of procedures. I/Ford followed those procedures and once the Car Shield Inspector performed his work, I was contacted by American Auto Shield and was informed that the work would be covered and that they told Ford to order the parts and start the work. I was also provided a Rental Car from Enterprise for 7 days while the work was being performed. All I had to pay upon completion of the work was the $500 deductible. I am so glad I signed up for Car Shield and would recommend them in a second if your original manufacture warranty has expired. Thank you Car Shield for getting my wife's car fixed and her back on the road.
I performed research on multiple Auto Warranty Providers and Car Shield had the best coverage for the best price along with reading reviews from very happy customers online.
