I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
They do everything they say in the commercial! They Keep their Word!
My vehicle is definitely important to me and for me! My warranty had run out and since I have used your product CarShield before I loved it then and I love it even more now! God's Blessings!

Don't remember they told me electrical not covered.
He told me claim is not covered, I just renewed the policies for both vehicals, this came up right after I renewed them.
We covered both vehicals and assumed everything was covered. I now have a claim to fix the knock sensor wiring is not covered. It's a 2002 GMC 1500 with 107600 original miles. I'm concidering on canceling the policy due to this incident. I'm wondering what is next that isn't covered.

Realize your platinum package covers almost nothing on an automobile engine.
All I heard from your representative was that we don't cover that. Automotive center that service my vehicle, said they were surprised at the lack of coverage. $150 a month I paid for 2 years.
I guess I was misled by your excellent commercials.
