Car shield is really bad service they sell you warranty for 500 mileage of one month I drive my car month and a half like 5000 mileage and my car broke down and they and they're blaming because I buy the warranty because my car was broke down, which is not that happen and then not coveringso I recommended people to don't buy warranty from the car shield. It's really bad service from them I heard from The other people they do same thing with them they say to you everything they cover and they took the payments from you and they don't wanna pay to you when you need it
Car shield I choose because my other warranty expired so I was looking in the warranty and one of my friend. He gave me their number and I make mistake to buy their warranty. It was really bad service. I should go back my old one.

Car shield provides great service but there's a few changes that need to be made.
1) To many steps to file a claim
2) Length of time to reimburse when you choose your own shop and pay for the repair yourself.Car shield people are very courteous.
3) Will continue to do business with Car Shield.

One of my best decisions was enrolling my car in a CarShield plan. The monthly payments paid over the years have turned out to be worth every penny! When the air conditioner stopped working while living in a hot and humid southern state, I rolled the windows down. Unfortunately, these opened windows increased the hot air, making my life miserable, whether driving or waiting in the car listening to music for my husband to return. I shunned the repairs for months and remembered I had CarShield. This began my love relationship with CarShield. They provided me with repair shops or allowed me to choose my own. The entire experience was stress-free, friendly, and professional, and all was done with a quick diagnosis followed by approval for the repairs. I learned that another significant issue caused the failure of my car A/C! Superman CarShield swooped in and saved me from spending thousands of dollars out of pocket! Again, my monthly premium was "worth every penny" paid over the years!
I did not choose CarShield because CarShield chose me! I was intrigued by their creative TV commercials, humorous yet serious, with a sincere message that invited listeners to think about the crisis of unexpected car issues! After doing my online search to learn more about it, I chose CarShield over other companies because I trusted them and, after my experience, I was right!

First call to Carshield she was very helpful in finding a shop that would do the necessary work and accept carshield. But after my truck was a week at the shop with no action taken (Avoid Firestone Lakeland, TN!) called carshield back and told them I had to find a new shop and she basically led me to believe I'm on my own. They sure don't mind collecting my monthly premiums.

I bought this extended warranty while I had less than 30,000 miles on my truck. The price was right and the service is exemplary. I had a great time dealing with the company, and am looking forward to the peace that having this warranty will give me for the next 5 years

From start to finish the customer service is amazing! Every step of the way I was contacted to be updated on the progress of my claim. The fact that I can keep my car on the road and insured against troubles that would otherwise keep me sidelined and looking to purchase another vehicle is more than worth it IMO. If you haven't already, BUY THIS COVERAGE! You won't regret it, I promise you! There's a reason they're the number one auto protection company in the U.S. if your vehicle breaks down, towing is provided. While your car is in the shop, rental vehicle is available with certain plans. And best of all you're not stuck with a high repair bill. I consider myself the unofficial spokes person for Car Shield because I spread the word to everyone I come in contact with. IT'S SO WORTH IT!
As my vehicle gets older and parts have to be replaced it became apparent that I would have to either purchase a new car or spend thousands to keep my car on the road. I researched the top extended warranty coverage companies and Car Shield was one of the top companies I saw. I also spoke to one of my friends who had the coverage and he had nothing but great things to say about his experience.

This is the first experience I've had with this type of insurance. The Representatives could not have been nicer, taking the time to lay out what needed to be done, details to submit, then going over the mechanic bill item by item to be sure it was understandable before approving the payout. My mechanics also remarked about what a pleasure it was to work with good reps who know what's what and are responsive and easy to understand. No hidden agendas, all right up front. A pleasure.

A couple of months after I signed up, I almost cancelled. Car shield reps worked with me to find the right coverage that better suited my needs that fit with my budget. I questioned my decision from time to time, all the way up until my transmission AND differential both gave out simultaneously. Over $8,000.00 that they covered. I had to pay almost $450.00 for the stuff that wasn't covered like fluids. Saved my A**! As long as you read your contract and know what to expect, Car Shield is a very good service.
Not too many hoops to jump through, just tell them what's going on with the vehicle, they let you know if it's covered, take it to the shop, pay the deductible, pretty easy process.

I took my car to the local Ford dealer when I was having trouble with it. The dealer filed the claim car shield got back to me right away. Let me know what was happening. Everything went very smoothly and they paid the entire claim.

WONDERFUL! From the moment I first called I was taken great care of. Car Shield scheduled my repair appointment; they arranged for a car rental and they kept me abreast of what was occurring. When I picked up my car, the repair bill was $8,600, (rental additional $1,000). My cost?….$108.00

The other provide, I cannot recall the name, said that my plan with Car Shield was canceled. They also said that CS had a $10 million lawsuit settled this summer and many more law suits pending. They also said CS is a third party company.
I did not give them any information of mine and I declined their auto warranty plan.

I've been a member of Carshield's Warranty Program for quite a few years. During this time, I've had to do maintenance on several vehicle parts. When claims were called in for approval I must say the dealership handling all repairs have been received positively wit prompt and immediate responses for claim verification. I have been blessed to not have my price portions to be above what I felt was reasonable. All claims are received, quoted a price with repairer, and paid upon completion of work.

My windshield wiper fluid wasn't working. The motor went out. It was covered under this warranty with $100 deductible...still cheaper than paying out of pocket for it. Fast claim time and payment to the company who fixed this for me!

Recently, our escape encountered a transmission issue. Our auto repair facility collaborated with Carsheil to replace the transmission. The Carsheil representative ensured that we were kept in the loop.
I reached out to customer service a few times to rent a car and extend it. Whenever I needed help, the customer service representatives were always friendly and helpful. They made sure to find me the resources I needed. Excellent customer service. It was a wonderful experience and I am happy with the services I received.

I was contacted by a representative, showing concern about how my vehicle was being taken to the same shop 3×'s for what appeared to be the same problem, she then went on to help me find another shop that accepted carshield she was patient and kind, I think we were on the phone for about a hour or so but she wouldn't give up, we googled and researched, she gave me big sister vibes she was awesome.

1st experience with Carshield. I took my Lexus for a system error and told them I have Carshield. My service agent took their info. Carshield called me once the car was diagnosed and cost was assessed by Lexus. They went through the details and my final payment to Lexus. It was a nice surprise just how seamless the 3 way transaction was.

My experience with CarShield has always excellent. Every claim that I had was evaluated and approved up to having a Transmission replaced.
I've received numerous phone calls from subscribers telling me that CaeShield is being sued for impropriety however, CarShield has never failed me.
Wasn’t sure at first however after evaluating the services versus the cost it was a reasonable thing to do
