I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!
The starter on my 2018 f 150 was remaining engaged at startup. Took it to my mechanic, he contacted car shield and work it all out. Replaced the part and all I paid was my deductible. Easy peasy.

I was on the fence about keeping the Car Shield contact, because of the monthly cost. The problem with my vehicle didn't seem to be covered when I read the coverage booklet. I was very pleased with the quick service from the mechanic to evaluate my vehicle's problem and Car Shield's approval to fix it on the same day. They got the parts within days and my vehicle is running fine.
I called customer service to get some places that were near my home and that accepted Car Shield.
Seen the commericals and a suggestion from my husband.

Had the coverage for two years and never had a claim, then the transmission went out at ******* miles. Care shield took care of everything. I was skeptical but the policy paid off. I am continuing my policy and wanting to put my truck on a policy.

I called Car Shield to submit a claim about my air condition in my 2012 Ford Focus blowing hot air. I took my car to Blake Utter Ford. Blake Utter Ford service advisor Jim Burton has had my car in his shop before for repairs. My air conditioner was repaired. The total bill was over $1600. All I paid was my $100 deductible. Thanks Car Shield.
I used to own a 2001 Buick Century. I was covered with Car Shield. The transmission went out on the 2001 Buick Century. Car Shield repaired the transmission. The repairs was over $5000. I just paid my $50 deductible. Thanks Car Shield.

Knowing you need to have your transmission rebuilt is a scary situation. I want to thank Car Shield for making it less scary. They paid the majority of the cost and I have my car back. Thank you Car Shield.

I attempted to purchase extended warranty for my 2012 F150 truck. Thru Carfax it was reported to have over 300 thousand miles. The condition of the truck indicated a lot less. Michelle from Carsheild informed me that with that many miles it couldn't be covered. She encouraged me to dispute this with Carfax. She was very apologetic and helpful. She was very pleasant to talk with. I started a dispute with Carfax which includes a trip to the Ford dealership. They accessed the ECM which confirmed it had *******.5 miles. I received a letter from the Ford dealership confirming this which I sent to Carfax. I then called Carsheild to let you know. I didn't get her name but I've never been treated more rudely. I was informed that Carsheild only is your information source and wouldn't listen to me or anything about the dispute with Carfax then hung up on me. CarShield is a complete nightmare. I purchased their extended warranty thinking it would provide peace of mind, but it turned out 2 b a total waste of money. First of all, They say u can use a Mechanic of UR choice."THE LIES" If ur Mechanic does not accept Carshield then THE CONTRACT IS USELESS!
When my car broke down and I tried 2 make a claim, they found every possible reason 2 deny it. They claimed that the repair wasn't covered due 2 some obscure clause buried deep n the fine print. It felt like they were actively looking 4 ways 2 avoid paying 4 anything.
To make matters worse, even when they did cover a repair, they only agreed 2 pay a fraction of the cost, leaving me 2 foot a hefty bill. Their coverage is so limited and their customer service is ABYSMAL. I ended up paying MORE out of pocket than if I hadn't bought the warranty at all.
I would strongly advise AGAINST purchasing CarShield. It's a rip-off and they do not stand behind their promises. Save your money and look for a reputable warranty provider instead.

I have been with car shield for over rwo years. I recently had an issue with my car and I was sent to one of they approved mechanic. The mechanic told them that I needed an engine and to my suprise they denied my claims. Can you imagine? I was speechless. I was firced to return the rental that I only had for one day and fro that point on I was on my own. Can you imagine? I had been paying $ 149 for over two years only for them to tell me to $#*! off!
Don't want to talk about it.

Hace 6 meses aproximadamente que compre el seguro pues se me había vencido la garantía extendida. En Nov 12 deje el carro en Braman Cadillac a la semana siguiente se pusieron en contacto con el dealer para ir a inspeccionar y 2 días después aprobaron el presupuesto de una transmisión y válvula para un cadillac xt4 2019

The deductible on my policy was lowered. I was told that I would receive an email confirmation of that and whatever other new materials I would need. Instead, I am here with stuff that says I owe them $200 for each claim. This no longer applies and I don't know if the change has been made internally because you did not follow through.
Same issue. I contacted customer service about reducing the deductible and after I was told that it had been done. I never received a confirmation and as far as I'm concerned nothing has changed on the policy.
The car is getting older and I intend to keep it for the long-term so this made sense.

My experience from my first phone call to the last and final call was nothing short of amazing. Everyone that I had the pleasure of speaking with from the customer service department to the claims department treated me with special attention. I wish that I could do a commercial just to let millions of viewers know this is not a gimmick. When Car Shield promotes, they will take care of your car issues with no out of pocket cost except your deductible, you can rest assured and sleep at night with no worries.

Years prior I owned a vehicle, and I only had my standard car insurance. When it came to repairs, I had no other coverage. Boy did it cost me. When you own something of value, you take care of it by providing additional coverage, i.e. Car, home, motorcycle. Awesome customer service from this representative, but the prior representatives did not quite get it when it came to the billing process when someone has an issue who is temporally unemployed since January 3 and the billings have been awkward, and I have been bouncing some automatic billings, which is an embarrassment. Very disappointed with the out come of my out of pocket payment. Here I am paying monthly payments and when it comes time for my car car to be fixed, car shield doesn't want to pay the majority of bill. Question, what are the monthly payments for if we as customers are going to be short changed in the end.

My experience with CarShield was top-notch. Each representative I spoke to provided me with the necessary information to guide me through my issue or concern. All were well trained. Top training shows that CarShield will take care of you as they take care of your vehicle. They did not leave me in doubt.
When my Jeep's transmission went out and I needed the vehicle towed to ma repair shop and when a CarShield representative informed me about a rental car option.
A close friend was also enrolled with CarShield and showed me the printed booklet that CarShield provided him. It had the necessary information to show me what CarShield is all about.
