After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!

I had taken my car to my regular garage only to find out that they did not take car shield. So I called car shield and they sent a tow truck to take it to another place that was really close to my house. My car was fixed the next day. I did have to pay for a couple of things that the car shield did not cover, but it was still way cheaper than would it would have cost me without it. And no charge for the tow.

Submitted claim, claim received, being processed… then we need service records, records submitted, notified records received via phone call and email, then recant, we didn't get the service records via email, service records resubmitted, notified service records received via email, then phone call informing me the service records have been requested multiple times without compliance, claim is inactive until compliance, assured agent records were submitted 3 times, agent says "let me check"… we'll we don't have records from your repair shop for Oct.'23 or Jan. '24. Repair Shop owner calls and I call again with no resolve to this day🤨

My 2004 Chevy 3500 deisel was in the shop for about 3 weeks because of injecter problems! Ron at the repair shop was really having a hard time with Car Shield! I would call in to check on progress and he was really not happy because he was on hold for like 4 hours more than once waiting to get permission to replace all the injectors. In the end Car Shield only replaced one new one and had rest rebuilt I guess. I do not know if he would work on my truck again? I see you are running ads all the time on TV. I hope Car Shield has changed and if I have a problem with my truck it will not take 3 weeks to get it repaired? Do not remember when that was?

I will be 81 years old and do not remember my conversations but I am sure it was about how long it was taking to get my truck repaired.

But they also said they would send the parts the next morning to the dealership and they would cover all expenses, less my deductible. Wow! I opted for the G.M parts and they told me I was responsible for the shop price. I was happy with that, and proceeded with the work. I got a bad start and was not going to do it because this sales person acted like a stupid person. He pushed to hard for me to close the deal right then even though I was going to do it when he pulled that bad conduct on me I hung up on him. Later I called back and got a nice lady and took the deal. As far as I know so far going great. I have not read the whole contract yet unless I get a big surprise I am counting on it still being alright after I read it word for word. I am a salesman all my life he needs to learn something tat is when to let up to keep from making someone like me mad. OK right now anyway.

Because I am a insurance salesman for all my life and I believe in it. This is the same principal as insurance, and I believe in it as well. There's so much fraud going on today that I do not really trust anybody any more unless I know them. I do not know you but about you so I am taking a chance to buy something from someone I do not know. I have got like this every since Biden became president> If he is a leader he is also a crook and inept causing all of this fraud we are having. Mabe the voters will learn also. We have hope of a better country to live in again.

I called Car Shield to ask a question about having my brakes replaced. I was told that you would replace brakes. Took my car to the dealership and they replace the brakes for $888.00. They also told me that Car Shield will not pay, I Advise them that I did contact you and was told that you do replace brakes, he called you and was told that you do not pay for this. Why am I paying you, the commercials say, take it to the dealer before it is too late and cost too much. I am a senior and that hurt having to pay that amount out of pocket. This is why I pay you monthly. Very disappointed.

I've had 3\ 4 Services that I can remember, and only one was not covered by CarShield. Two were major, and the repairs were covered and done at the Dealership without any problems! Now before buying another car, I run the VIN# by the team to see if it would be covered and the monthly cost! Then, I have a good understanding if that used car is worth it.

I was given information on getting a Loaner Car, during an approved repair. Put it seemed like both the Dealership and CarShield couldn't agree who was to make the reservation! I received the loaner car, but I don't really know how.

Reason I chose this business:

Another company wanted to get me a Timed Contract and a Flat Cost, and then divide the cost monthly over 5 years! I didn't like that. CarShield allows you to cancel when you wish.
