They get a bad reputation for not paying once you are a member. But i can attest that they covered almost $6k worth of repairs to my BMW with almost no question. Handled right thru the repair shop.

My vehicle coverage was denied at the dealer I went to but according to my policy and the reps it was included in my policy. How do I get reimbursed for my claim?

Was informed my claim was covered in my policy.

I filed a claim on my vehicle. I was made to feel like it was my fault my vehicle broke down at least 3 times. I had to prove to the administrator that I had nothing to do with my car breaking down. The experience took at least a month and I still don't have my vehicle. I was told I couldn't get a rental vehicle because I had used all my funds for the claim. I canceled my policy and will never go back. Maybe I'll try Ensurance.

I did not have to use CarShield for a warranty issue. I had to cancel due to inability to pay. The rich men and women North of Richmond have taken its toll on me.

I've been lucky (knock on wood) to not have to use my car shield policy. But it comforts me knowing that if something does happen. I have coverage for all the major components of my car

I researched most of the companies that give protection and Car Shield was the best. I hope I never have to use them but I'm happy that I chose Car Shield!

Worst customer service had a problem we agreed on a price they lowered my payment then dubbed billed me then I cancelled and won't refund my 2 payments

After being with CAR SHIELD a short time, I have discovered a GEM. The 2 times I've needed help, due to failing parts, I was taken care of with respect and assistance in a timely manner. I feel safe driving, knowing I have my booklet in the car at all times. Thank you Car Shield.

Simply calling to get advice on my car issue, was handled in the most professional and timely way. I'm so glad I have this much coverage.

I agreed to purchase the auto protection with this company. The person named Dominic walked me thru the process. I gave him my Credit card info to place it in force. He explained that if I wanted to cancel within 60 days of the the date approved, I would receive a full 100% of the initial premium. I called back the very next day and cancelled the program. Looking at my Credit card activity, the funds that was agreed to was already posted. The following day, my credit card had another monthly sum equal to the original agreed upon taken from my card. I called them and was told that it would be taken care of. After the weekend on the following Monday, another withdrawal took place. I called Car Shield and spoke with a guy who tried to convince me that the -$119.39 was the return of my funds. I had to explain that a - sign means subtraction! However, a + means an addition. My credit card company is now contacting me and told me that there was only one time that I authorized a withdrawal! All other request, were not authorized. The credit card company notified them of these request's that were not authorized by me.

Little to none! He didn't know the difference between a - minus sign and a + add sign.

I called to change my payment method and add a new one and they took care of it real quick.

Car Shield was always there when we needed them. They saved us thousands on car repair bills over the years. Rental car reimbursement was especially appreciated.

Very helpful with reimbursement forms and keeping us in the loop.

My car completely stopped and would not start. I had to have it towed to a dealership. They did over $1500.00 in repairs and your company did not pay one penny.

I was told that it was not a ‘coveted repair’.

When I join carshield The clerk put the wrong Vin number on the documents that they sent me I call on the 14th last month. They were supposed to send me a new ID card with the correct number is been three weeks I have not received the information.

That clerk was very polite and courteous. The only thing recorded wrong Vin number, which is not acceptable.

Car Shield is the cushion that surrounds my used car and lets me know that any unforseen problem will be taken care of both quickly and with noticeable savings.

I haven't had to use services you provided I hope I don't have to, but we know eventually cars break down it's not a matter if it would break down, it's when, and I hope Car Shield will provide the service I need when it does happen..

I payed about 3-4 months and my car was making noises and Carshield didn't want to fix anything wrong because they gave me an excuse that inspection had 6 months already on top of that when I called they took a month just let me me know they couldn't do anything. So waited and and gave us an excuse not to do it. I payed 140 for maybe 3-4 months and did nothing. The person that scammed us to get it said it was fine that we did oil change and things like that and when it was time to repair my car they said there was no proof I did any work. A bunch of scammers don't get it and it takes more than a month to ever get it fixed because they ask for pictures and proof and more proof. Literally the shop we took it to said it was too much for them to do and had to hire someone to check the car. Ridiculous you have to call them 50 times to see what they want next… your better off paying full price for getting your car fixed.

Not good I'm canceling my car shield account. They lie about everything! And told the mechanic to use old parts, and basically give me a rig job. So not satisfied!

2 weeks later car still there, called later asking to use aftermarket on a Cadillac, Cheap $#*! world

I had two different claims with CarShield, one of them was for over $9,000. Both claims were handled promptly and the interface with my auto repair shop was well coordinated.

Have a valve guide problem. Took my truck to a preferred shop. Come to find out that they do not cover valve guides. Guess I didn't read the fine print. Do not recommend.

They nicely told me they were not going to pay the claim.

I never had to use your company and was very please with how easy it was to cancel. Vehicle just died. No chance of revival.

I called to see what was needed if we needed CarShield, the rep on the phone was very helpful and gave us information we would need if a claim had to be made, since our car was not running right, it turned out to be very minor and did not need to use Car Shield.

When I originally called I was given quotes for my 2 cars, I went ahead and signed up for one and needed to decide if we were going to keep the second one or not ( I was told that I could call back within a couple of weeks to accept the offer) When I called back to accept the offer, The price hat increased by $45 a month after your representatives came up with all kind of excuses ( non of which made any sense) NOT HAPPY
