I have 2 vehicles covered under car shield including my 19 year old Land Cruiser. It comes with specific & straight forward guidance if we ever break down. Very happy to know I'm covered in the future!
After many years (7) of being with your company and very little repair claims; now that a major repair is needed you'll have dropped the ball with a lot of red tape and inquisitions. I've paid my premiums like clockwork every month. I'm not at all happy with your service or professionalism towards fixing my car, you'll looking for the cheap route to solve my issues. Cheapness seems to be your best interest and not satisfying a seven (7) year customer!

Representatives understood my needs and submitted a plan to me that I could Afford.
Prices and plans that were offered. Better than the ones offered at the dealership. And CarSheild covered more automobile parts.

They come through for me so far. I've used them several times for my 2014 Lexus.The service render was very satisfying from them.
I complained about the dealership finding other things that didn’t need attention at that time. Car Sheild explained to me a sure of coverage that they will pay for at that moment. I was very satisfied.😇🌝😇🌝

I called to transfer my account from my car to my pick up truck. Fast easy transfer with no issues.
Had another company for 5 years cost alot of money for contract and only covered 1 part 1 time. Very expensive serpentine belt. Canceled as soon as I could.

Staff was knowledgeabole and effiecient. However, I would have preferred a totally automated process for making a payment. Also, I never received the email confirmation of the payment.
