UPDATE: Casetify reached out and said they would offer a one time replacement. I purchased this case back in 12/2021 and the edges have started to separate from the case. I reached out to customer service to see if it could be repaired. They said their warranty is only for 6 months and offered a 15% off coupon. Why would I spend more money on a case that can't even last a year? Also why would I spend more money at your company if you don't stand behind your product? I've had cheap cases from Amazon that have lasted for more than 2 years. $50 cases should last more than 9 months.

Shipping takes forever, they charge a foreign transaction fee that is NOT disclosed at checkout, and their customer service is abysmal. They will do anything they can not to refund you the full amount if you used a coupon on multiple items and want to return one item. They will take that entire coupon code off a single item you are returning instead of dividing it amongst all of the items in your order. So basically you put in a code for 20$ off your order of 3 cases and want to return a single case and they take the entire $20 off that case. Never heard of such a thing. Ridiculous and shameful practices.
Bought this less than a year ago looking at their very positive reviews on Trustpilot. Wish we had seen Sitejabber reviews before. With regular and normal use, the case is coming apart at the sides in less than a year. Very poor quality for the price. Bought three cases and paid $75 for their personalized case. The print on the case is also chipping. Complete waste of $$
I am convinced this website is a scam. Took 3 weeks then the post office claimed my address to be wrong or vacant or something. Anyways the post office sent it back and Casetify customer service email tells me my address is wrong which isn't true I checked it five million times and I don't have problem with other packages. Casetify responds with the same email every time I contact them about something. I work two customer service jobs and can say this is so unacceptable. They are so unhelpful and said they still haven't received the case which is a lie. They won't even send me USPS tracking to see if it was delivered back. They won't send me a new case or refund me in the mean time. They suck... don't waste your time or money.
I was very excited to order my first case for my iPhone 12 Pro Max from Casetify, as I have heard seen so many ads for it. Well, you could understand my dismay when the day after I put the case on my phone it was exhibiting many deep scratches! I have not dropped my phone and it has not been through any distress, so how did it get so many scratches? None of my other phone cases (that are far cheaper than the Casetify case) have a blemish at all. I am very disappointed in the quality of Casetify cases and will not be purchasing ANY more.
These are my favorite cases! There are million cute designs and many good choices on the website. The team at Casetify never ceases to amaze me with their good service and professionalism. I was having trouble tracking my case, and thanks to Sophia for guiding me and giving me a tracking number. The case came quickly, within a week. I also impressed with the quality. Very Sturdy. I recommend Casetify to everyone!

Purchased the limited edition Mickey case for over $80. Less then a year later the sides had separated from the back of the case. I emailed casetify and they only warranty their cases for 6 months! Insane for the price you pay, obviously not confident that their products will last more then 6 months. Won't buy again.
What a nightmare. #1. The case took about a month to arrive. #2 When it did arrive, it was broken! #3 The case was the thinnest, cheapest possible plastic you could possibly imagine. About $35 for total junk. For that same price, from another site, I got a hard/tough case with a nice liner.
I start reading the return instructions. No way to contact them except email, no returns accepted until they email you. And when I email them I get a canned response that they are busy and it could take up to 10 days to contact me *alarm bells*
I start reading reviews online about how horrible they are, how they don't contact you. And they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and 27 complaints. Great.
Long story short, they never contacted me (surprise surprise) but luckily I have a great bank that gave me the money back.

I previously wrote a terrible review for a company called Casetify. After a week of investigation, I learned that they did a wonderful job and the problem was with the USPS. They lost my package and after reading their manager the riot act, my package miraculously appeared the following day. Casetify just sent an email offering to replace the items. I told them not to and everything was fine. My apologies for any inconvenience I may have caused

It was my fault to ordered wrong item. So I contacted to ask how to return and refund money. Well I followed instruction. I haven't seen any refund. It's been over 3 month.
Also I didn't realize that casetify is based in Hong Kong, so I was charged foreign current fee.
Never buy from them. I need to exchange my product. They said you have a 10 return period. I have sent the, 4 emails requesting a return label. No response.I tried to chat with them. I waited 2 hours and they never responded. I looked for a customer service phone number. They don't have one. They have a 10 day return policy they require which I can't get because they refuse to respond to any email. I'm concerned that the 10 days will expire and I will be stuck with a case that is not what I ordered.

I purchased a phone case back in Jan 2021. It cost me £55, It took a significant time to be delivered and I tried to cancel - which I was told wasn't possible (which is a lie). Anyway, I accepted the delay, it got delivered several weeks later and I starting using it. This was the first challenge (which I swallowed).
Fast forward: I contacted Casetify in September 2022 because the case has broken down - sent pictures and was told it was out of warranty. I'm not fussed about an internal process or policy, I care that I spent £55 on a phone case that's fallen apart with less than 18 months use.
Anyway, I can't really be bothered with the argument because Casetify are just rubbish. They've offered me 15% off another purchase (LOL) but that isn't going to work.
My advice: don't spend your cash here, take it elsewhere - you'll save money and you'll waste less time.

See this brand all over social media so I ordered a case with my photos. It's been over 2 weeks and the case hasn't even been printed or processed yet. I've had to email the company at least 6 times trying to figure out what's going on but the customer service is terrible. I'm not sure when I'll receive my case but I much rather would have purchased from wildflower if I was going to spend $50 on a simple phonecase.

I've contacted DHL and Casetify. I ordered my product over two weeks ago and still have not received it. They are apparently having a hard time finding my address when they have found it before and so have other delivery companies. It keeps saying that the "recipient wasn't home" when I am in fact home. They did not contact me about finding my address or anything of the sort. I've contacted DHL multiple times and have not gotten a SINGLE call about my package and when it's going to actually arrive.

They sent me the wrong case I have a Samsung note 20 ultra and this is what they sent me They told me that I could not get a refund because their warehouse is in China and it would take too long for me to send the case back. By that time it will be too late to get a refund and it took 4 weeks to get the wrong case and they're gonna ask me do I want a $8 coupon to their store. Here are some pictures. This is absolutely the worst company with the worst customer service. I bought a case strap card that did not make my case fit right and when I drop my phone, my new phone screen shattered. I asked how I could return for a refund and after talking to what seemed like 1 million customer service agent via email (because the same person does not answer an email) They finally said I could send it back free of charge and they would refund me. Well, I just got my refund today and they did end up charging me to ship it back. Which they said they wouldn't. So now I am currently fighting the return shipping charge, which will usually take me another two weeks until someone actually helps me. Do not buy from this company.
I bought this phone as a Christmas gift for my daughter who is away at school. When she came home I showed her the case and she put it on her phone. She wasn't happy with how the case looked vs what it was shown as online. Very cheap looking. The coverage was not good enough and we didn't feel that the phone would be protected. I called customer service and was told that I could not return it, it had been past 10 days. This is Christmas gift. They did not waiver. Not I have a crappy looking case that will not protect my phone. I will dispute this charge with my bank. Their customer service is horrible and I will never support a company that does not understand the importance of cs.

After I ordered I saw all of the bad reviews and got nervous, but seems most of the bad reviews are of shipping time/ customer service. I paid the extra for shipping & got it in a week, and for those saying it's "dollar store quality" couldn't be more wrong. For me at least, fits tightly, not too heavy, could use a little more front screen protection but with a tempered glass screen protector you're good, only gave 4 stars because can't rate the durability yet but love my case! (Also if you google promo codes for them you can find a bunch)
I just got to know Casetify last year and have already purchased like around 15 phone cases & other tech accessories! Their designs, creative products, unexpected colab items are really attractive and with their phone cases, phones can really get strong protection!

Purchased 2 Magsafe Casetify cases for Iphone 13pro. £48 RRP each, which is already a ridiculous price for a phone case - the Magsafe isn't strong enough to hold the phones. Purchased to use in the car and they fall straight off. Never had this with other magsafe cases, the magnet is normally really strong. Customer service is non existent and you can't get a refund when the item is faulty. You have to return the items to HONG KONG which obviously isn't financially viable. The 100% customer guarantee is a flat out lie as far as I can tell. Avoid this company, I just wanted my money back because the items were defective.

Is this a joke? I certainly did not receive an original Casetify case! Below, you will find the case I ordered on your website (pictures 1 to 3) versus the case I received (pictures 5 to 6). What a disappointment! An all-silicone case with a badly printed (pixelated) image and the black outline is really not the same as in the photos on your site.

I feel like this is a fraud company. I emailed 4 times before I got a response only to be told that my item wasn't one that could be returned when it says nothing about that on the ordering page. I ordered the poison apple AirPod case which has no attachment to prevent it from just coming a part. Faulty design. So money down the drain. Very very very misleading. 100% guarantee lies. Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering.

I've purchased two phone cases from casetify. I bought two at the same time to rotate out. I got about seven months you out of the first one and only four months out of the second one. Their warranty is only six months, so I am $#*! out of luck. Seems to be a manufacturer defect and for $64 a phone case I expect more use.
