UPDATE: Casetify reached out and said they would offer a one time replacement. I purchased this case back in 12/2021 and the edges have started to separate from the case. I reached out to customer service to see if it could be repaired. They said their warranty is only for 6 months and offered a 15% off coupon. Why would I spend more money on a case that can't even last a year? Also why would I spend more money at your company if you don't stand behind your product? I've had cheap cases from Amazon that have lasted for more than 2 years. $50 cases should last more than 9 months.
Got an email with a confirmed order but didn't buy anything. Support doesn't answer at all. I'm very upset.
I have used one of their phone cases for my iphone xs for a couple of months now. Today I was bored so I was looking at it closely when I realized the back of my phone is shattered. I am only 5 foot so I couldn't have dropped my phone from too high of a distance and it never got ran over or anything. Absolutely shattered, don't buy their useless phone case.

I ordered my case in early April and the production was put on hold ever since. But the $42.00 was taken out even though the case was never made. I have tried contacting them through their website 5x now asking for a full refund. No response and no refund and the case is still on hold almost 2 months later.
Had the phone case for a year and a half now. The back are starting coming away around 3 months into owning the phone and now looks tacky as hell and I've recently found the side panels are separating from the back piece, for £50 it's a cheap and nasty product
I can't believe first of all, I was stupid enough to spend $100 on a phone case. That was my mistake, but I was expecting amazing quality the phone case I received, looked nothing like the picture. It came discolored and almost like disintegrating on the bottom, right hand corner. I reached out to customer service. It took them forever to get back to me. I had to send three more emails for them to even get back to me and then they said, go ahead and send it in and once you do that, you can contact us for a refund, but I would have to pay shipping. Not only what I have to go completely out of my way to go to a post office. I would also have to come out of pocket more money for a mistake they made. All I was asking for was at least a partial refund because that phone case I got was not worth $100 plus the over a week wait to receive it. I sent another email and customer service still hasn't contacted me back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service. Waited DAYS to ship out the case, then sent me a tracking number that indicated the case was sitting and waiting for a pick-up... for another 5 days! Customer service blatantly lied and claimed that the post office "sometimes take up to 5 days to update their tracking" which I knew was complete BS and attempted to shift the blame for their mistake to someone else. Case was overpriced crap. Don't waste your time with this company!
First time my phone screen has ever broken was after switching to a castify case.
This is l an $80 case that took 4 weeks to get here. The design on the back started to scratch after a month. I've dropped my phone a ton in my other case (otter box) and I swap to castify after all the ads praising how good the protection is an it breaks within a few months.
Probably better off buying a $5 case on Amazon.
They put poorly printed stickers on basic phone cases. It would not be so bad if they were not overpriced.
I had high hopes based on the marketing on the website but, was very disappointed in the quality of the printed sticker on the case. I was too embarrassed to showcase this product in public and had to make a return.
I don't understand how this company is still in business. I've never gotten what I've ordered from them, and I'm just talking about a single order. FOUR TIMES they sent me the wrong product, taking forever each time, and then they gave me the runaround each time they would exchange the wrong product and then, eventually... send me a different BUT ALSO WRONG phone case. Each time I communicated with them (by email only, you cannot reach a real person), it would take hours or even days to get a response. When I did get a response, it was never what I asked for, which was simply return info so I could send the incorrect case back to them and finally get a refund. They kept insisting on sending another case! I don't want to keep getting the wrong case from them, I just want a return and refund. I'm now filing a claim with my bank.

I ordered one product, a phone case. I didn't end up using it because they sent me the wrong case. They offered to exchange it for the right one, but then sent a different, but also wrong, case. They. Did. This. Three. More. Times. After the first two times, I asked them to execute a return and refund my money, but they insisted on exchanges, which they got wrong FOUR times.
I had a Casetify case on my Iphone 11. The phone fell off of a countertop and hit the floor. While the phone did not have any cracks, it stopped working. It was not responding to buttons or the touch screen. We ended up buying a new phone and recycling the old one. We realized too late that the case was still under the warranty period. I messaged Casetify and they requested pictures of the old phone and case, which I'd already gotten rid of. In every communication with Casetify, they are only asking for a picture of the phone in case which I no longer have. Their support is worthless and warranty is just as worthless.

I ordered a glow in the dark case for my flip 3 to my surprise when it arrives it didn't glow in the dark so I left it in the sun for a while, still didn't glow so I emailed them they replied asking for proof basically when I provided I got an email 4 days later saying that I was confused and it isn't glow in the dark.
So I go back to check my purchase and it definitely states glow in the dark phone case it's in the name. They are blaming me for the mistake when it clearly states in the description and the title of the phone case glow in the dark. They offered I return it but that's not the point the point was they blamed me for being "confused" when it defines stated that it was glow in the dark.

Casetify shipped a defective Magsafe charger and initially would only offer a one time replacement. I am not risking getting the replacement and having it not work. Not to mention that I had to go through the entire hassle of taking videos to prove that their subpar product didn't work. Eventually I argued for a full refund (upon returning the item) and they initially wanted me to pay shipping. Do not trust their "warranty" that they only accept exchanges and would not offer a refund. As a Vendor, if they ship a defective item, they will have to make you whole. They eventually curbed and gave me my full refund. I bought a phone case from them initially with no issues, but now they lost me as a customer for their greed. Never again.
Bought a case as a gift and unfortunately it wasn't quite right, being quite chunky. As it was past 10 days they refused to do anything.
Cases are expensive for what they are.
I would never buy anything again here unfortunately, as the website looks good. Shame real life doesn't match up

I purchased a phone case in September. I had only been using the case for 1month when I noticed small parts of the design peeling off. Now I've only had it on my phone for 2 months and the design has half peeled off and continues to more everyday. I'm really disappointed with this. After reading the reviews on here I'm assuming it only gets worse from here…
I also tried to do a 1 star review (via their review link that's done by Trustpilot) and it suddenly said could not process the review and now the review link doesn't work? I find that very suspicious.
Better off buying a life proof or otter box case that will last years and decorating it yourself.
My previous cases have included Pelican and Otterbox. After watching Mobile Reviews Eh, we decided to try Casetify's Ultra Impact. I got the magsafe, clear back with black bumper. First one failed in less than a month. A replacement was sent and that failed within 2 weeks. Same exact problem. The case is not pulled out of pockets frequently. It barely leaves my home so usage is far below normal. Extremely light usage doesn't case failure and they are offering 15% off for me to purchase a third case. Why would I want to buy a 3rd case? I've requested a different case to give the brand another shot. I doubt it will be honored. Very disappointing and discouraging for a highly advertised product.

I brought a MacBook case off Casetify and they sent me the wrong size. They said it was my fault and refused to send me the right size. They wanted me to pay another $93 to send it back for the actual size a need or keep it and I loose $93. There stuff up = our loss Don't buy from them!

Love the cases but their production timeline is really slow. I ordered a case that said "pending production" for 11 days. I messaged to ask why & got a fast response that said it takes 6-10 days for production. When it hit 11 days I sent a message again & told them now it says shipping label created. Then it took 4 days for it to be shipped out so I messaged again; I was told usps doesn't always update labels…and voila, the next day it was shipped out. Their service folks do a good job of responding but their shipping is way out of whack.

I bought a blue marble design iPhone XR case a few weeks ago.
When the case arrived the pattern on the back was of terrible quality. It looked like the printer they used was running out of ink. It wasn't a very high definition pattern. Their website states that they have people check each case before dispatch but that obviously isn't true.
The case itself looked sturdy but easily scratchable. It might protect your phone but it will certainly look messy after a short period of time.
I would strongly recommend not shopping with Casetify. There are plenty cheaper, more reliable companies out there

Bought a case for 60 euros, had to pay an extra 20 euros for taxes and when the case arrived it looked nothing like the case I ordered. They agreed to send me a replacement... Now I get an email saying I have to pay taxes a second time for the replacement order. Emailed them and thought they would have the decency to pay these taxes for me as the order was a replacement because THEY messed up. Now they're not responding anymore... Great thanks!

I purchased a $60 case which is a lot for a case for a phone. Sorry to bend after 5 months they did send a replacement to me. After 3 months that replacement the whole portion that says casetify pop's completely off. Online in my order history it specifically states that that one has a 6-month warranty as well. They are refusing to send me one telling me it's not under warranty you cannot call them You cannot reach them. They email you back at 3:00 in the morning and when you try and chat with them through Instagram or on their chat they tell you they have a huge amount of issues and cannot get back to you only at their earliest. No wonder they are a horrible company don't buy anything unless you want it to break
To start finding a case is nearly impossible as the UI on their site is terrible. Once you manage to find one, it'll take a good 2 weeks for them to either make the case from scratch or find one (bad organization skills of any) it'll take over 1month to receive it if you're lucky, otherwise expect to go past 2 months. They use DHL for shipping and I don't believe DHL as access to GPS since the package will travail in what appears to be one square km/mile for at least 3 to 4 weeks before making it to a plan. Then DHL will continue to manage to f&$$ it up for a minimum of 1-2 weeks.
So if you're looking for a good case at a better price point then you actually need in the best future, don't waste your time with Casetify!

They will cancel your order in a heartbeat. They talk a very big game about being able to customize a case to your own liking, but they will cancel it in a heartbeat if it's not to their liking. They are a Chinese company and apparently subject to Chinese censorship laws. Their example customization shows people in the sample, but one of the things that can get the case rejected is having people's faces in it. You can't do anything fannish. So, no, you cannot customize anything to your own liking. It's just a gimmick.

They lure you in by promising you can customize a phone case, but it's just pretty words. There are so many limits on what you can and cannot do that it's all worthless.
Had this case for about a year. The bumper is now coming off. Every time I try to put it back on, it falls right back off. This was an expensive case, so I expected a lot better from it. Whenever I drop it, it completely falls out of the case. Do NOT buy from caseify!

Casetify are cute but not worth the price. The images are just printed on top of the case and can easily be scratched. I purchased a case and put a MagSafe ring on it overnight and the image got scratched.
Would've been nice if they had put some sort of clear coat over it or something.
I reached out to customer service to request a return on my item because I wasn't happy about the quality and was informed that they'll give me a refund to my original form of payment. Instead they gave me store credit and I've been going in circles with the Facebook customer service reps.
I didn't realize that Casetify is an international company so be sure to use a credit card that doesn't charge a foreign transaction fee.
Overall, not too happy with my experience.
