Excellent. Only negative comment is that there was leakage of each bottle when it arrived. The caps were all loose. Had to wash each one because they were so sticky. One bottle the seal was broken.

It was so easy to buy the products. They were sent in a timely manner. The products came very well wrapped and protected. Very pleased with the whole process.

I was pleased to get a hart to find bottle of Scotch. Delivered quickly, to my door. Email communication was great, shipping/tracking were sent to me. All around excellent!

This company should not be around. They are fraud and the customer service is probably the worst you can find. The staff or the owner was so rude over the phone that it would make you think they dont care about clients and only care to sell at double and triple the price that other sites sell for. If you paying so high in proce for the same bottle than at least you should get a good customer service. But hell, this caskcartel.com stands true to their name. They talk to you as if they the cartel and you the peasant that owes them. Stay away from this company and shop from any other site. Id put a web site here of a great place but it be seen as if I am advertising them. But search on google and they come up. You can compare the proces with cartel.com and start thinking to your self whats the deal here. Glad I did not order more items from them as the customer service they have is more like trying to shut you up and they doing what ever they want. Save the headache and shop some where else.

I totally understand a lot of these bottles are hard to find, but some of these prices are pretty high compared to retail. I guess it is how bad you want it.

I received a broken bottle and with a few photos they worked with the shipper and immediately replaced my bottle. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again

This may be more aimed at delivery company. When I have a sign for package it would be a lot nicer if the delivery could be more precise than sometime between 7am and 7 pm.

This was a gift for my son. He doesn't normally drink whiskey but loved the looks of this bottle. After trying it, he said it was pretty smooth for being whiskey.

Looking for a different experience instead of just stuff. Found this great website but for the price I would've expected higher quality presentation.

I ordered Glenlivet 18 after seeing the picture and reading the description for the product. The older version label with and description of 43 ABV were both shown. After placing the order I followed up with an email stating that I DO NOT WANT the 40 ABV product. Customer Service responded, acknowledged that I ordered the 43 ABV version and proceeded to place the order. After weeks of delays what I got was exactly what I said I did not want, the 40 ABV version. I immediately contacted them and they are refusing to accept a return. I have disputed the charge with my bank. I am writing letters to BBB and to the State Attorney General for fraudulent business practices. AVOID THIS COMPANY! The are not reputable and will deceive, lie and then refuse a refund for an item that was not ordered.

Tracking shipment was difficult. Had know idea when it was shipped nor when it was to arrive. Was informed a signature would be required which was not the case.

I received my order; thank you! However, it was thrown over our gate from fed-ex and a signature was not retrieved. Thankfully it was not broken as it was a time sensitive gift.

I am so glad that I found this store! This is the only place that sells the whiskey that I was looking for. This will be my go to store for any future purchases.:-)
