I ordered and was a little worried that it wouldn't arrive before Christmas. It arrived early, was packaged so perfectly that there was no way it could break and it was the only website that carried what I was looking for! I am so happy! I will definitely use Cask Cartel again!

I had client gifts I was sending out. It apparently was shipped in 3 shipments which no one told as I only received tracking for one. That shipment arrived broken. I only got a refund because I paid extra for premium insurance as I found out company doesnt cover if any bottles get broekn in delivery. Then I NEVER received the other two shipments I paid for. I paid almost $200 for shipping and they finally agreed to refund $50 of it even though I never received my other shipments. They refused to refund the rest and said I was lucky I even got $50 after days of going back n forth. I will never order from these guys again. Ever
I ordered something in August and they don't anwser emails. I had to dispute with my credit card company back and forth. There are bad business people and then there are scum bags. These people are a cut below scum bags

I thought I ordered a jar of apple moonshine with 5 sample jars but I only received 5 sample jars my mistake. Most jars leaked during shipping and one has something floating inside of it. Waste of money I'll NEVER order from Cask Cartel again.

Fed ex left the pkg at the street and not at my door. It could have been taken easily. Had we not received notice it was left, we would not have known about it. However it was in ok condition even in the rain.

Will never deal with this company again. Ordered Whiskey in November as a christmas gift, never got it. Found and purchased cheaper. Got an email last week wanting to know if I would like to buy from a 3rd party $30 more. I replied no cancel my order. Got an email back saying I would get info on a refund in 3/5 days. That was Monday on Saturday the bottle arrived. I contacted them about a shipping label to send it back and was told that couldn't happen because it came from a 3rd party. I am so frustrated with the back and forth response about this whole situation. Now I've been charged $80 for a bottle of liquor I paid $25 for elsewhere. NOT A GOOD COMPANY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Never agreed to purchase from a 3rd party.

I was looking all over to find Blackened Whiskey. I have been searching since March. All the places that had it wouldn't ship to me. Not only did the Cask Cartel get it to me in a week but the prices were exceptionally good. The whole process was as smooth as the whiskey hahaha

Also, I did not know there was a problem with my credit card until I asked 5 days later if there was a problem.
Even then, I couldn't gain access to my account.

Got a request for a response before the item was even processed for shipping. In the meantime, I have gotten an email from them every day! I just wanted an item I couldn't find locally for a receptor I found online. BTW, it didn't give the daiquiri more of a blast!

The delivery date shifted a couple times. Today (Saturday) I got an email saying it was out for delivery, but that it wouldn't actually be delivered until Monday. So, I was out of town when the package was delivered. Luckily, the delivery driver hid the package, so it wasn't stolen by the time I got home.

It's been over 30 days and I've received nothing! Priya was no help at all! I've asked for my money back and based on their policy, should have been refunded. I have filed a small claims lawsuit and will let the judicial system take place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give a negative score!
Valentines special Purchase internal CaskCartel error in paying FedEx for shipment, it caused to be held for suspicious activity not arriving ontime CaskCartel had a Valentines day special for a whiskey. Purchased in plenty of time. Because of an internal error on their part correctly paying FedEx, the shipment was held for "Suspicious Activity" at a special FedEx location. Currently FedEx has no expected date of shipment. Obviously this will not make it by valentines day. Now they are telling me there is a penalty of 35% of the purchase for return of the shipment
