This company has the worst leaders that I've ever worked for. Most of them are too egoistic to accept their mistakes and entertain the ideas of other people. They only want what they think is good and never accept suggestions outside of their own. These people don't deserve to be called "leaders." My advice is to replace the current leadership if the company wants to prosper.
