Update 30.03.2020:
The customer support answered right after I published this review here and said that the server would be working again. This is fortunately true, but the server was down last week when I checked for the last time.
I hope they can offer me a partial refund at least.______________
I ordered a cccam line for one year. Since a week, it has stopped working.
The logs are saying that the server is not responding. There are no DNS records published for it.
I've already contacted the customer support six times but with no response so far.
I hope they will get in contact soon otherwise I can't recommend this provider.

Quite good and reliable service, among the best I have tried, generally it's very stable and also good value for money. I must say the support team was super helpful whenever I needed their advice too.

Cccamgate works allright for me. Sometimes freezes. The problem might be my internet. In case of troubles they help very fast and efficient. The only thing I miss are the Italian canals like sct and passionxxx etc.

Purchased a 1month clines and its good quality! Definitely recommend! Only thing is you need to be a bit patient to wait for the clines as its not a automated process. Lets see how the 1st month goes and maybe I will extend for 6months.

Purchased 6 months ago, sometimes I experienced some freezing in a bad weather maybe 3 or 4 times, but overall it works perfectly. I have a mid-range Internet speed and good hardware

All in all I am very satisfied.
Reliable service, almost no downtime, very little freeze and outstandingly quick support response time compared to other providers. Keep up the good work! :)

Is the best ccam i ever work of all of my life.
When i have a problem the cccamgate crew resolve the problem very quickly and with a big professional.
I work with him have 3 months and until now i dont have a problem they do not resolve or dont send the solution

The cline works well - I have a few jitters, but I live in a rural area so this is almost certainly due to my poor internet connection. Would certainly recommend

Buy with a closed eyes, since i started subs with this website i didn't have any major problem, just little issues and tech team answers within minutes

I bought this service of CCcam one year ago, it's working very good, this is best cccam server you can buy in europe, i just found it on google, thank you CCcam gate for your best service and support

I originally posted a very negative review of this service provider as I had some initial performance issues and was unable to obtain any support or acknowledgement of my reported problems.

After correcting some e-mail problems the supplier was very attentive and more than fair in allowing me to have an extended trial period to allow me to asses the performance of the cccam over a longer period. The offer of a full refund remained available to me throughout this period.

I decided to stay with the service as it is generally very good with only occasional freezes for short durations which may be related to the quality of my internet service. I think that anyone looking into using these types of services must appreciate that they could all encounter some glutting on occasion and that there are no suppliers who can guarantee 100% freeze free performance.

In conclusion I would say that this service is as good as is available on the market and that the support is there when required with a very fair refund policy.

I've been using the services for almost a month now. The lines are very fast and reliable. There were some minor glitches at some time but they were solved very fast.
