I always buy from CDKeys if I want to buy a game for a cheap price, the service is fast and reliable and reaches my email in seconds.

I don't always use cd keys. Ocassionaly there is a better deal elsewhere or I just want to support the dev more. But when me and my freinds have used it, it has been top quality. My freind bought a key of arma that had already been activated and the customer service where incredibly helpful. I will keep using this site until I find a reason not too.

I got the code delivered within 1 minute and it worked perfectly on Steam.

I ordered a copy of The Elder Scrolls Online: Gold Road Collection, But the codes they gave me didn't work. I tried contacting Customer support multiple times, but i just get the generic "we are looking into the issue" message with no response.

Update: CDKeys has since fixed the issue and refunded via gift card. I tried a new purchase with a new key and surprisingly it worked. Customer support was nice, but took way longer then they said to respond with a solution. Take caution here, especially with customer support.

CdKeys is literally my only go to place cause they always seem to have amazing deals. I've never had a single issue getting a key or have had the need to contact support at all. 100% recommend

I'm bought a game pass ultimate, it said it was redeemed, so i contacted customer service sent them all the proof they needed and still didn't make it right. Don't use or trust this site bunch if scammers.

Ordered a key for Dead by Daylight with some DLC add-ons, received a key that only unlocked the original game. 5 days so far and no help.

Customer service gave the 'your case is a priority' response 4 days ago and even their Twitter has said they've forwarded my info. I've had to put in a Paypal dispute which can take a whole month to resolve.

If you want a game for cheap and are willing to risk not being able to play it, or having to spend time chasing them if things go wrong then go for it but for the sake of a few quid, after my experience I am steering clear of them.

I've purchased several codes over the last 2 years without issue, but the latest code they sent doesn't work. They're now hiding behind retail law saying as I activated the code it is now considered as a service completed. Surely having a code that is valid is the main requirement and not just having delivered it. CDKeys claim to resolve issues within 72 hours, but it's six days and counting and they now don't even respond to emails. Having seen other similar reviews it appears these issues have only started in the last few months or so, therefore this may be an indication of the company's deterioration. I will avoid this company from now on.

In the past it was reliable shop, but my last order was terrible. The key for yearly EA play was already used by someone else, after 2 weeks they sent me another code, also already used. Communication with them is difficult, they respond on email once per week and I didn't get any resolution. Looks like nowadays this shop is scam, avoid it and buy somewhere else..

Bought 12 month xbox live subscription and one of the codes was already redeemed. Customer service would not help to resolve the issue. I reported them to Microsoft and they advised to never do business with CDKeys again. They stated that they have received many complaints about their shady business dealings.

The key code is only guaranteed to work for 7 days. Inclement weather delayed my grandson's celebration until day 10. Representative pointed to Terms and conditions and didn't even try to help. All of this to save $10 and lost 50. No attempt to resolve issue. Blamed PlayStation but did not attempt to resolve. Fighting it now through my credit card.

As with many now I'm starting to have serious issues with cdkeys.
Purchased key appears to have been already used and after an initial reply from support requesting I supply further information I've been ignored.
Avoid until they get their act together
Update: I have eventually been issued with a working key so have added a couple of stars. Will need to see their service improve before I use them again however.

Sold me an invalid code and will not replace it or try to help me in any way. They quit replying after I provided all the necessary screenshots proving it was an invalid code. They are taking advantage of people and stealing their money. I know other people have got real codes but it isn't worth the gamble. Spend the extra 10$ and buy from PS Store.

I paid and they sent me a code that had already been used. Opened a case and they asked for specific pieces of evidence. Provided them and then didn't hear a peep. Escalated it to PayPal and PayPal denied it, clearly without proof as the code did not work. So you won't be protected if/when it goes south

Emailed me almost immediately about my order and great prices I would happily buy again

Hi everyone, I will say I used to have faith in CDKeys however my last transaction which was paid resulted in me receiving no key from them. I reached out to customer service which is now handled by another firm.
I received no response from anyone. However I did get an email asking about how my service experience was.
Won't purchase from them again. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

Was convinced this was some sort of scam right up until I typed the code into steam and worked 100%. Game I've wanted for ages literally 80% cheaper than on steam directly. Will definitely be getting more titles.

Purchased online code was told it was for game system after purchase was told only for pc refused to give a refund contacted PayPal they refused refund because the company lied tried to login on my account to be told i was banned by cdkeys from accessing any of my account information this company is a scam would not recommend anybody do business unless you want to lose money

I tried using a PlayStation Plus code from them and Sony even said it is not valid. I am trying to get my money back good thing I use PayPal and I started a dispute. They have been trying to give me a runaround for a week now. Never buying anything here again.

My son was immersed in an older game and encouraged me to try it - it's RRP was too much but CD keys offered an inexpensive way to purchase...>20% of the price on a well know PC game platform - the key worked flawlessly. Recommended

Ive bought quite a few things from Cdkeys from games and subscriptions to licence keys for office or windows, always super fast delivery and never had any issues activating the products bought, highly recommended.
