Terrible company. I bought a year membership to PS+ and the code was already used, and they wouldn't refund my money even though i had screen shots of the code showing it had been used and useless Paypal wouldn't do anything! Stay clear of this company! Terrible customer service

After buying several AAA titles from your website and having no issue at all I purchased a month of Xbox games pass ultimate and when I went to put the code in I revived a notification on screen informing me that my code has already been redeemed. I've never complained about any product from this site apart from this time

Bought two codes for my son. The second Dark Vertex did not work, already redeemed. They've asked me to try the code again and contact Microsoft - complete nonsense. I've asked for a valid code or a refund but never heard from them again. I've taken it with paypal and waiting for a resolution. Will never buy from them again!

Took my money than claimed they had a system error. Instead of sending me a key they claimed they could only give me a partial refund. After multiple messages told me the full refund will be processed and will be back in my bank within 5 days. 7 days later had to contact my bank to retrieve the funds.

Selling codes that don't work, not responding to e-mails. Misadvertising games as full games but they're actually add-ons that you need the full game to play. Just a total scam or a website who ignore your e-mails and refuse to give you a refund. Don't waste your money.

I used to use cdkeys and had no problems till now. I recently tried to purchase Cyberpunk 2077. Anytime I added it to my cart and clicked on "secure checkout" it asked me to log in... after I already logged in. After I would log in again it would tell me my cart was empty. I rinsed and repeated about 10 times before giving up. This site sucks.

When i first signed up and saw you can earn coins. By following them i thought that was a interesting thing so. I did It, and now i regret it don't follow them at all when they tell you to, verify your social media account don't do It Its a scam so they can get into your account. I've went to my Instagram account and the background was changed to black. And I don't even mess with that, and my profile picture was changed.

Stay away it's a website setup to gain your trust then to steal your social media accounts and give you false keys.

Purchased 3x Xbox Gamepass codes from them but could only redeem 1 of 3. Turns out they are selling trial codes which are limited to 1 per account. This is misleading as they don't mention this anywhere on the product page.
CDKeys wouldn't reply to support requests whatsoever. After posting on Trustpilot, they've been in contact through the site and promised a partial refund.
It has been 2 weeks now since they claimed to have issued a partial refund. I have not received anything. So not only was their product page misleading, their "support staff" are straight up frauds. When all goes well they often have great prices but if you ever need support (and you will) they WILL scam you. It's actually quite clever.
So my advice.

They knowingly sold me a old destiney 2 key for blizzard when you can no longer redeem it.
I did not know this and used it on blizzard and tried to transfer it over to steam and could not.
When i emailed them they told me the key had be used and i could not get a refund.
They sold me a product you cant us. How the heck am i at fault.
Beware of this company fraudulent behavior.

HORRIBLE! Bought a key for GTA5 PC. Never received the game. When I put the code in it says code already in use! Emailed them and they said there's nothing they can do and if I want I can get in touch with Rockstar. I didn't buy it from Rockstar! They refuse to help me in any capacity. I even provided them with proof that I don't actually have the game and the error message using the code they sent me. HORRIBLE company. Be very very careful if you choose to give them your money. You're taking a huge gamble.

118 past purchases and they refuse me refund for Dead Island 2 pc that they can't fufill. I've requested refund 5 times and I'm totally being ignored. Also used 57p of CdKoins that they will no doubt not refund either. Tried to make me accept CDKoins as refund but when I asked for refund to original source they stopped responding. Till this I would always send people to them but this is insulting. Some customer loyalty..

Bought a cd key for three kingdoms, recieved straight away and immediately typed into steam to find out it had already been registered/used and invalid. Steam confirmed time/date that the key was registered, this was BEFORE I bought the key. Sent evidence to CD keys (my reciept and steams message) they were not interested and insisted key was not used (despite evidence) they are refusing to refund or give me a key that is valid! Basically sold me a invalid key that is already used, will let paypal and my bank sort now. Ill stick buying direct from Steam... lesson learnt

If you like paying for something, not getting it, and not hearing from customer service after you complain, CDKeys is the site for you! When you place an order, their confirmation email says you just have to create an account and link the order. When you create the account using the exact same freaking email as your order and try to link the account, they'll tell you the email on the order doesn't match! When you email customer service, you get a standard form letter response that solves nothing, then you don't hear from them for days.

I bought a 12 month key for XBOX Live and they sent me a code. I entered it and xbox says the code has already been used. I've tried to contract the company many times but they refuse to send me any emails in return. I've tried their phone number but I get an automated message telling me that they are busy and then it hangs up on me. I am beyond FURIOUS! Do not buy from CDKEYS!

Awful, sold a game that didn't work, wouldn't refund, referred me to the manufacturer who referred me back to the company that sold it :( Took 3 days each time for CJS to respond to a new email and all their responses were 1 sentence, completely ridiculous company. Pay a little more and get someone you can trust. CJS is appalling.
Website was difficult to use once paid for, getting autokeys to work, getting the key collected were just a hassle one after the other. Avoid avoid avoid.

They don't ever answer the phone if you decide to say hey pay pal i got a problem they are just as bad, they are not only in the gray area of gaming they are down right useless thieves that went from the telephone scamming old ladies to the internet giving their own ratings for those that wont fight them;-) sorry cdscammers aka cdkeys not this time I have 1.5 million followers and friends even in your country that are more than willing to tear that 1 telephone pole you have in the center of town down, not that I will tell them to but they act on their own;-) you know us army Men! So these guys scammed me, sent me a used code and support decided to not reply to me. I had to go through paypal to get my money back.
Stay clear. Their trustpilot reviews are spammed by new accounts.

I payed using Crypto but the time limit expired but the payment was sent anyway, I didn't get item i bought and no refund, I contact costumer support the reply asking for more info and then dissappear phone number always busy. Stay away from those scammers.

Attention warning!
CdKeys.com is a rogue keyshop. A product that was pre-ordered a long time ago will not be delivered, although it is still offered in the shop. CDkeys does not give a comprehensible reason for this. The purchase price paid will not be repaid, but embezzled! Attention!
The repayment of the purchase price is refused! The order has been available in my CDkeys account since the release of the game as soon as available. The game is currently sold by cdkeys. A delivery does not take place. CDkeys refuses to refund the purchase price. I'm supposed to take a voucher, but for what, d6en CDkeys doesn't deliver ordered goods!
In addition, CDkeys subsequently manipulated the order details in my account and removed the button to retrieve the key. I have already saved screenshots.

I haves used CD keys for years now with no issues but unfortunately they have let me down this time.
I purchased an early access beta code for MW3 and redeemed it, unfortunately I did not get to play the early access beta I purchased as my battlenet was never updated.
After many emails back and forth (clearly showing they was not reading my emails correctly) they then explained that this did not work as I had to purchase this product before the early access was released, but they had this code for purchase on their website after the release date.
I have been scammed/sold a product that CDKeys knew would not work.
Due to this I will not be purchasing anything more from CD Keys and use other code companies.
Disgusting customer service & false advertisment!
