I received a code that had already been used and immediately contacted customer services to receive a new one or a refund. Almost 48 hours later and i still havent recieved an answer as to whether I will be receiving a replacement item or refund. My issue has apparently been taken to the "escalations team" but I requested an update on my issue and haven't been given one. If my issue is resolved with a new item or refund i would be happy to leave a new review of 5 stars for the site and customer service but right now I am not prepared to do so. I am hoping this is a one time mistake as i have used this site for many years and havent had this issue before.

The process was quick and the item was cheap, what more could I ask for?

Don't trust these scammers.
Purchased a CD key for an Ultimate Edition Diablo 4 that came with the pre-release play. CD Keys would give me the key after I purchased the key because they said it was before the release date.
I asked for my money back and purchased the CD key from Microsoft.
I am still waiting for my money back from CD Keys.
Luckily I was able to get my money back through my credit card company.

Don't go for them because they can't handle large amount if issue it seems like they have scammed over many people on the order for Hogwarts legacy deleux
Edition on trust piolt every single customers of their is saying the same thing. That they have scammed them and not even bothered to reply to the support requests apart fro. Generic messages.

So if you trying to buy anything from them in pre order. Don't go for it because you won't be able to your early access code from them.
And their customer support regarding that is completely useless and joke of customer service

This website is just a big scam. I recently bought a key and they sent me an already redeemed code. After constant emailing back and forth with the company they still never sent me a new code and eventually just stopped responding. Also the phone number they have listed just comes up with user busy. I have been calling the past 3 days and still no call back or anything. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered a game off cdkeys and it went through. I got an email confirming the payment and then another email saying they cant give me a reason on why I couldn't get the game. The payment luckily came back but If you buy something off this, there is a good chance you will be scammed. They don't tell you why you can't get the game in their very small detail email. Going to stick with steam and origin and I don't trust any website with payment.

I preordered a key for the game 'Stray' more than 1 month before release.
On release day I received a message, the key can't be delivered and got a PayPal refund in GBP.
Now I paid CHF 23.08, but because of the exchange rate I only got a refund of CHF 20.75. Not only did I lose CHF 2.33, I didn't get a the key and also missed the 10% preorder sale on Steam. If I knew the key won't get delivered, I would've purchased it there.
Most Shops offer various refund options, also in form of a balance to avoid such scenarios.
I contacted CDKeys support to get the loss refunded, but they refused to do so.
I don't care if they fully refunded me in their currency, facts are I lost money and didn't got any product.
Never will I buy anything from their page again and I recommend others won't either.

They were punctual with the digital delivery. The de facto standard in online sales.

I purchased a code for xbox game pass. It was a used code already redeemed. They were very slow to respond to my first email, and then referred me to xbox support, saying they 'checked' and the code was not used! They never responded to my follow up emails. Such tjieves!

Whole process was quick and easy. Bought a month of Xbox game pass for cheap, and the code came instantly through my email. I would definitely buy something else through them.

Great prices and very easy to use, i had just bought multiple codes from these people and they all worked perfectly fine and the codes came almost instantly and with a backup code sent to my email just incase of any issues, DONT worry about the bad reviews on this website, it should just work perfectly fine and if not then im pretty sure they fixed the bugs with customer support so they should be able to help sort any problems with your order.

Was initially a bit hesitant to buy from someplace other than a mainstream site, and the deal seemed too good to be true, but the CD key arrived as advertised right away and I was charged the advertised amount.

I buy from here quite often, and I am always happy with the prices because they are always cheaper than buying from the manufacturer. They usually have what I want and I am always satisfied when I find what I do.

I heard of this site from a friend of mine of discord. I look around and saw Destiny 2 beyond light exception. I needed that for steam since I own that on the ps4. I never brought a key from any key reseller and well after that I just been buying keys here for games I want on steam. Safe movie when there not having any games on my wishlist that on sale I'll come here for it.

I have used a few other companies that operate the same way as CDKEYS but experienced difficulties receiving the keys which should be relatively quick and straightforward process.
CD KEYs from my experience is safe and effective. I have purchased my PSN memberships from them multiple times and there was no problems.

I was super excited when I found that the price of Helldivers 2 was cheaper on CDKeys than anywhere else, so I treated myself. It was very easy to purchase and receive my Steam activation key. Then I simply logged into the Steam app, pasted the key in, and the game was added to my library, ready to download. The whole process was very easy to follow. I always check CDKeys for any PC game I'm thinking of buying now.

I had no trouble at all signing up with CDKeys on their easy to use website.
Paypal means i have no concerns about buying securely, and the key was delivered straight away and worked instantly on Steam with zero issues.
Saved me a huge chunk on price (Death Stranding Director's Cut cost me just over £11 vs Steam's £30+) so i'll be buying from CDKey's again!

I have recently purchased Command and Conquer - Kanes Wrath. The code was received correctly and was entered/redeemed.

The problem that has arisen is that the EA App and Origin App are poorly run and many people, including myself, cannot access the game in any way. It does not show in the EA app and the Origin app is unable to download.

I believe that you should delist Kanes Wrath from sale to prevent this issue arising, but that is your choice. I requested a refund but was refused.

Why are you selling codes for games that are defunct?

It wasn't possible to activate the game with the key purchased from CDKeys via STEAM. Because an error message said that the game is already installed. That was of course not true at all. There was a 2021 game version installed, the key purchased was for an older 2019 full version.
The support wanted screen shots of my STEAM library and the error message which I have sent. After that I was put off again and again and finally there was no more reaction.

On 07/10 i bought a code for fifapoints it was already used. I messaged to the support of ea they said the code was used on another account. Tried to reach them via email, twitter, messenger, the site thrustpilot. The only thing i got is an automatic response. It is just impossible to reach them i am still waiting for a single response i tried everything. I am sure they just scam people sometimes for money.

I love there's a website than do very cheap stuff its lucky cus its sometimes of there's a game I really want i look on the xbox store and its expen but on cdkeys u look and its so cheaper so thank u for making this happen when I brought the xbox ultimate for only £6 atleast 1 it made me save more money plus its better than me buying the 12.99 one keep up the website open thank u
