Sell refurbished phones but tell you they are brand new. Return? No problem. But, 25%--45% restock-fee plus all the mail fee. Do not believe? No problem. Just submit an order and you will know what I mean.
Pros:
1. $$ - Products are priced fairly
2. Merchandise - Many products to select from and satisfy/ support many different carriers and brands
Cons:
1. Downside- they do offer free shipping, however the free shipping option is on the slower side. I personally paid for express shipping as I didn't feel the need to wait.
Other than that all else seems fine
Like with every online purchase I make, I do a certain amount of research before clicking the "buy now" button. I saw a number of negative reviews, however, I saw just as many positive, so I decided to give them a try. I purchased my phone, hassle-free and the service was great. My package arrived on time and my phone was in pristine condition. I'm thinking that there has been a change in management because my experience was 100% satisfactory.
I was looking for quick and efficient delivery, due to recommendations from friends that ordered from cell2get i decide to give them a try Prices are great the shipment arrived in less than 3 days customer service is great and courteous.
I have come here several times to get my blackberry trackball fixed... they always do a great and fast job, and it's not too expensive. My only problem is that I keep returning as a loyal customer for the same problem and they keep re-charging me full price (they have a 30 day coverage policy but it never happens within that time)... give a girl with a broken phone a break once and a while!
Melvin was a great person and has very good customer service. Very pleasant to do business with along with co-worker Steve. I would highly recommend this store to family and friends. Thank you Melvin for taking the time in weighing out my options in getting a new phone.
Do not purchase anything from this company. I looked past the bad reviews naively and had an awful experience. I ordered my phone and it took a week to get it even though I had paid for express shipping. Fine - they call it "processing time." I get the phone and it is completely not the one I ordered. Immediately I sent it back and I called and verified that I would get my express shipping. No. It took a week and this phone looks refurbished. Even the box was dirty and EXTREMELY beat up and dented. These people are scammers! Returning the phone is not worth their restocking fee of 15% on a $600 phone. I seriously hate this company and wish them hard luck for all the trouble they put me through. Stay away just pay extra for something you know is genuine.
I had the best experience in this store today. Melvin went above and beyond with helping me exchange my phone. His customer service was amazing, and I really appreciated him walking me through the entire process.
One of the best cell phones stores in the United States and the world. Service as always excellent, with employees speaking more than one language (Spanish and english). You can order through the website and withdraw after three hours in the store. I highly recommend visiting, even if you don't want to buy anything
Im a very indecisive person so i tend to switch phones every 6-8 months. Iv been using cell2get for probably around 3 years ordered a note 4, s6, s7 edge, and now the s8 from them. Two of the phones i ordered were refurbished and two were new and honestly the refurbished ones looked brand new to me they were just not in an original box which i toss anyways. I recommend this site to all and will probably use them again in a few months.
Answer: Phone # is 8005182355
Answer: CDMA and GSM networks are two types of cellular phone networks and generally if you have a device made for one, it can't be used on the other. In the US, Sprint®* and Verizon run on CDMA networks while AT&T and T-Mobile run on GSM networks. Ting runs on both
Answer: There are good and bad CDMA and GSM networks, but there are key differences between the technologies... It's much easier to swap phones on GSM networks, because GSM carriers put customer information on a removable SIM card. Take the card out, put it in a different phone, and the new phone now has your number.
