Customer service response time is great when you call you directly speak to a live person. Shipment arrived very quickly and I ordered Thursday arrived on Monday. 2 bossiness days, professional customer service. A great shopping experience.

I believe I reviewed cell2get some time ago and gave them 3 stars. I was upset at the time that my due do to my package getting lost. I receently reordered from them to give it another try, and can say that they now have there act in order. I got my shipment on time and with no trouble. Phone was new as described and I am enjoying using it.

Great Service!

My phone completely stopped working one day, and I needed a phone, but couldn't pay what they want for them at the big phone stores! I didn't need the best brand new model, I just needed a good, recent smartphone that worked! I ended up just replacing the phone with the same model, and I love it! It works great, got to me fast, and I haven't had one problem yet. Thanks so much!

Well my first shipment was lost apparently by the shipper. While it took a couple of emails and phone calls to sort everything out, the fellow who I spoke with was excellent and restored my faith in cell2get. Received the 2nd shipment the next day and as expected

I had issue on checkout i called the toll free number spoke with tia she is very helpful and help me to checkout i received the phone over the weekend phone works as it should and arrived in timely manner this review it to thank tia for all her help during and after i received the order will defiantly recommended to all

Cyber scammers, do not order from them
September 6, 2022

I received the wrong model phone and needed the correct phone for the option to have dual SIM cards. I was sent the wrong phone and they would not exchange it, I had to call the BBB to get a return label. Even after i did i was never refunded. Do not order from them, i was robbed and they laughed in my face when i attempted to get a refund. It was told you are going to pay for this phone anyway you should just keep it. I have attempted to get this issue resolved for over two months before resorting to social media. My account was also locked so i could not retrieve any information. This company is dirty, they did their homework and you will be robbed.

The phone I ordered was an unlocked Galaxy S5. When I turned it on the screen read Network unlock pin. I emailed them and only a minute or two later I was sent an unlock code that unlocked the phone. There support team may very well be the best in the business.

Good service

I found these guys on google and asked a lot of questions about the phone i wanted. Customer service was very patient with my order and processed it the same day. I requested 3 day shipping and received it in 5. I was a little upset but they clarified the shipping information. The Phone arrived in mint condition.

Excellent service

This store provides more customer service and excellent prices on their products, than any other phone Store I've visited. The representative was knowledgeable about the offers and products. He was very patient and very professional. The staffing is warm, friendly and as long as I live, this will be the only store I will go to. Highly Recommended

So, after at least the 7th or 8th time of attempting to reach someone at cell2get.com, I finally reached someone by phone yesterday. They emailed me the tracking number (USPS, not UPS, as stated in my order confirmation). I did indeed receive the phone today, but it was the wrong color! At this point, I'm thinking screw it -- I'll probably just keep this phone because my current phone is about to die and I don't want to wait around for another two weeks or more hoping to get the right phone. I don't think it's worth the hassle. On the plus side, it looks like the phone I received is indeed new and with all accessories (battery, charger, headphones, etc.) included. But overall, I am VERY disappointed with Cell2Get's lack of customer service and attention to detail and do NOT plan on ordering from them again. Ever.
