Excellent customer support and overall the best experience I had since I purchased Centohost's shared hosting 4 months ago after reading the reviews here itself by googling. No problems so far. They have easy-to-use control panel, great features and easy as heck to setup. I am still very happy with them. Must say that Centohost is very safe. They don't allow hackers to hack into other people accounts and connect with your mail account. They have the best Tech and general support I have experienced. Almost all the time the answers come fast and on target and in a friendly manner. Good job!

Very happy with the service Centohost guys offer, very quick at replying to support tickets. On the surface they're pretty standard fare, but what doesn't show until you join is the level of support: I wanted to set up a portfolio website for my graphic design work and I had hosting that wouldn't give me full features. I didn't have any problem to manage my sites. It provides me great customer support, uptime, reliability and also flexibility in terms of unique features, tools and much resources. Ticket Support response times are usually less than 3 hours with resolution times dependent on the issue within another hour or two of the initial response. Everything is very easy to use and they give you many resources for the small price they charge.

Response times are not always quick, especially on weekends, but the overall time to solve a problem is good because they don't waste time asking stupid questions.

It runs an honest business that treats customers with respect, and this is the most important quality of a web host. I have monitoring software for keeping uptime statistics and so far the uptime is amazing. I would like to add that centohost do offer a very good price and on the more than 5 times that I have needed to speak to them, including in the middle of the night, there has always been a technically skillful support person available immediately. Steady so!

Transferred 2 domains, website and blogsite from another hosting provider to centohost web hosting account. The technical support went out of their way to resolve the issue in a timely manner so I would incur additional hosting and domain renew costs threatened by my old hosting provider. The interface is the cleanest, most intuitive, and best I've found. I actually enjoy logging in and managing my accounts. The ease of use, prompt service and more features than I'll likely ever need. There has been no server downtime, no problem with uploads, no other issues in any way. Fantastic host and they have gone above and beyond the usual business to help get my site up and going. I have a small Joomla web site hosted with Centohost web host. According to the support, they are very prompt and giving 100% perfect answers to the customer. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. Really nice, professional web host.

With centohost web hosting service I have always had technical customer support that is above and beyond what I had previously had with several other hosts. I am always impressed with the price. Support is usually great, my only complaint is that the original average support response time of 20 minutes is now more like 1-2 hours.
