If I could give this company a negative rating, I absolutely would. The service when I lived in a building that they managed was sub-par at best, and they are horrible at communicating. But to top it off - in dealing with a terrible person in bookkeeping, he told me over the phone that I'm a difficult woman and that I must be single because a man would never deal with a woman like me. And then he hung up on me. I originally thought he was strategically avoiding answering my questions, but it's clear now that ignorance was the bigger factor here.
Posting the email thread as proof would expose the person I (for lack of a better term) interacted with, so I won't do that. However, consider yourself warned if you decide to or are already locked in a contract with these people.

Avoid this building company all swindled me and many other people out of thousands of dollars. Larry resnick or David Acer are two of many aliases. Even the super is not onsite ask tenants about their lack of services to tenant. Steve croman is the building owner already indicted. Bad feeling go elsewhere. In small claims court now they don't show up. Unresponsive unreliable slumlords. 326 East 35th Street unit 21, NY NY *******.
