Last summer we paid the balance (10,000 bucks!) on our account in order for Certi-Pro to begin painting the exterior of our small home. A painter began work. He worked less than 3 days before disappearing. He left paint chips EVERYWHERE. Our property was a mess! After complaining to the company (Jennifer) they sent several painters to finish the job. They were here for approximately 2 days. Sadly, they were as incompetent as the first painter. We were told that due to the condition of our siding, the painters would only be able to scrape and "lightly" sand our siding before painting. However, they didn't scrape or sand our solid wood trim. While, it looks okay from the street, it looks horrible when you are within 20 feet of the house. There is spray paint on the foundation and the brick around the house. Insects and dirt were painted over. There are paint chips everywhere. Still. 10,000 bucks would have been a lot for a GOOD paint job. Shame on this company!
