It says my card has an error, expiration date has expired, but my card gets charged. Tried it twice, and there's no way to confirm that I have received what I have purchased.

I love love LOVE CertifiKID! The deals plus the ease of purchase have kept me coming back for years! I recommend this site often to my friends w/kids. Keep up the amazing work

We have been using certifikid for years and I love all the options and activities listed! We have gone on a vacation through certifikid, planned and birthday party and many activities!

I had to reset my password and the sign-up screen kept popping up. I can't purchase the adult and kid tickets at the same time so I had to go back to the deal.

The system isn't accepting my card - says it's expired, i updated it twice (on phone and on laptop) and it still says it's expired. I have the correct date

Good deals. Pretty user friendly but a couple glitches in the website from off the cell phone.

I've been using Certifikid since my daughter (now 5) was an infant... Have gotten SO many great deals on museum/zoo memberships, classes, show tickets, park admissions, etc.

So far, this has been great! I've never ordered an event ticket through CertifiKid though, and I'm hoping I don't have any trouble redeeming it at the venue.

Saved approximately 60% on tickets through this site. Only complaint is that they spam your email a bit too much but still was worth it for the savings

I've entered my new card twice with the correct expiration of 5/26 and it is coming back sing card expired.

I'm trying to purchase qty 2 of $14.99 Hyperkidz in Ashburn VA.

Every step seems slow to process before moving to the next page. Also, the drop down menu on my item allowed selection up to quantity 8. But when I chose 8 it said it wasn't allowed.

It took 5 tries before my credit card was updated. I had to delete and reenter the card for it to work, but still get error messages twice before it went through.

I absolutely LOVE the savings that comes with this site. I would not be able to take my daughter and do some of the things we have without CertifiKID.

Log is says user name OR email, but would not accept my email nor give me an option to recall my user name. Thankfully I finally remembered it, but it wasn't a simple process.

The cart experience was bad. I kept trying to choose one ticket but it wouldn't update from two to one. I had to try multiple times before it updated.

I have tried to update my expired cc 5x and it's still showing the old card! I saved the new card, checked the box, & still an issue! Oddly, I could easily update my address though.

Annoying Not a robot system. Pictures are blurry. Someone with visual impairment of any kind will not be able to complete.

You shouldn't make people sign up for your email list. I don't want emails from you and I could t buy tickets without signing up for your emails. That sucks.

I cannot get ahold of customer service and I have been attempting to purchase tickets. I continue to receive an error message every time I get to check out.

I had to retype my new credit card information three times before it processed correctly, it kept processing my old credit card information, even though I had not selected that credit card option.

This stupid website won't let me log in with three different correct account abs password combinations and is declining my payment while experiencing technical difficulties. WTF

I purchased 4 tickets for GA Aquarium, but received an error 504 code and said it was an error and to try my purchase again. BUT, my card was charged and I did not receive the tickets.
