It's a great app and I have enjoyed it until it charged me twice last night when the 1st transaction gave me an error message and said to try again. The park couldn't help me so I'll have to deal with calling to get it fixed.
The website is not taking my credit card. Also the fact that my comment has to be 50 characters is annoying.

Awesome very simple and the deal was good. We could t pass up a monster truck show for only $16.5 for both adult and child
Everything was easy however, it appears as though you are still selling tickets to shows that are over. This was confusing for a few seconds.
The total items in my cart kept increasing to 2 and 3 when I only ordered 1. Had to exit and start over multiple times.
I didn't write down the code for the $5.00 coupon and can't find it anywhere. It would help if it was either put into my account or emailed to me.

Took longer than expected to sign in to Certifikid, create a new password, etc to buy the tickets. Thought it would be easier.

The website would not let me create an account. After trying multiple devices, I had to download the app to make that happen.
