It's a great app and I have enjoyed it until it charged me twice last night when the 1st transaction gave me an error message and said to try again. The park couldn't help me so I'll have to deal with calling to get it fixed.
The website is not taking my credit card. Also the fact that my comment has to be 50 characters is annoying.
I love the experience is quick and user friendly. I would enjoy if as a payment method they would take ApplePay or PayPal.

Horrible website experience. System will not update expired card so unable to make purchase. Link to delete old card doesn't work.

Trouble charging to the non default card on file. Even though alternate card info was entered it still tried to charge card on file.

Would be good to select the number and type of tickets for a single event at the same time before adding to the cart, rather than back and forth.
Fun activity at a discount
Great- the only thing that would make it better is if it listed the exact seats… I don't like not knowing exactly what type of seats I am purchasing.

Trying to log in is ridiculous. Tried changing my password 5 times and kept getting log in issue. Had to create a whole new account.

I went online to look up and buy tickets for the Monster Trucks show in Callaway at Franklin County Speedway this weekend I came across CertifiKid and they had tickets for the show and at a cheaper price
