I haven't used this site for years since my daughter is an adult. It was a pain to have to log in to my account to purchase a voucher. It was very time consuming to go through the reset password process! Grrrr

I accidently place an order and was supper afraid because im a stay at home mom and dont have much money so i was waiting on placing my order. So i contacted customer support and if it werent for Ryan i probably would be short to pay my bills. He was siper helpful and kind

Need new ideas where and what to do with your children certifikid is the best resources hand down when it comes to children. They have the best activities and you know what's even better the discounted prices. I've use certifikid multiple time
In the past but most recently I used them to purchase tickets for Disney on ice. I contemplated about paying 75$ for Disney on ice tickets and you can imagine as a family a 75$ price ticket is HIGH and a big bill. Before I bought them off Ticketmaster I received an email from certifikid and gues swhat they had the same tickets for only a portion of the price 17$. Omg what a savings with that discount we were able to attend more fun places this fall. I can't wait to see what's next for us to explore but I love certifikid and I've recommended this website to many families at my daughter daycare. The best thing ever woohoo.

Was very frustrating to sign in. I have an account and had to repeatedly try to update my login information. After multiple attempts when my new password wouldn't work, and asking for new password attempts multiple times, I had to use a work email to completely start anew. Once I got in, however, the shopping experience was easy.

Registering for an account with the website: recieved multiple errors, never reached confirmation screen verifying account created, however, login attempt was successful when attempted. Once tickets for event were in the cart, all billing information provided, I was redirected to a screen indicating I needed to login to make a purchase, when I was supposedly already in. However, purchase was successful once I logged in again.

I have gotten some great deals on CertifiKid. The best one was a deal for the Watermine in Reston over the summer. Now that I have to pay for both my kids the 33% off deal was fantastic. I always check here before I buy tickets for anything involving my kids!

We just move to the area and CertifyKid has help us to know our surroundings without braking the bank. One dear friend recommended it to us and it was the greatest thing. We haven't had any problems with it. So 100% recommended.

Unlike other deal sites that have an overwhelming number of items to search through, the deals on certifkid are sourced and quality deals for families. I have saved a ton on getaways and camping trips for the family! And am also exposed to new and fun places for my fam.

I love to go to CertifiKID because I find fun family events to attend at a great price! I also love how easy it is to make purchase through the website; makes it easy to give great gifts to friends and family!

I keep updating and saving my credit card information but, i keep getting credit card expired error message. I also changed to a different browser and when i reenter my credit card information. I still get the credit card expired message.

I had to send a question to Customer Service and got a quick response.

I love this webpage because there are so many great deal for kids and families activity! I purchased many deals such as class discount, Christmas deal and so on. I will keep eyes on them loooking for the deal I want to have.

Would have been nicer if I could have clicked on the event and selected how many children tickets I needed and how many adult tickets I needed. Instead of clicking on the kids tickets, ordering the number of tickets I needed, Then going back to the event to order the number of adult tickets I needed.

Website keeps asking me to prove I'm human. I can't search without a captcha coming up. I keep getting a credit card error too, despite all info being correct.

Certifikid does not clearly advertise deals with all details and then when you the consumer realizes that the deals are shams, they tell you they have a 5 day return policy and basically they look forward to your continued business. I bought a birthday deal for my sons 3rd birthday at Monkey Joes. As it is similar to BounceU we assumed when it said private party room it would be like our parties before. Not at all! It is open to ALL during our party! So, my 3 year old could be having their party at the same exact time as a slew of 12 year olds with no rotation or barriers etc. This is unsafe and was not at all clearly advertised by Monkey Joes nor certifikid who publicized it. Stear clear of this company! They don't care about their customers and do not vet the experiences that they aimlessly promote. STEAR CLEAR OF CERTIFIKID!

It's a little confusing to say update cart but then nothing actuary goes into my shopping cart. Also, selecting a number of adult and child tickets from the same screen would be helpful.

We absolutely LOVE Certifikid! We recently went to a scenic railroad here in Maryland and everything from the drive over to our time there and our driving time back home was AMAZING!

The captcha asked over and over if I was a human and I couldn't get over it. Also, I had to buy it in by computer because on the phone I had the option for the smallest value and just one voucher, when I wanted 2.
