The site is very user friendly. I had an issue with scheduling on my end and CertifiKID canceled the old vouchers and gave me a credit to get the new ones. No hassle, no problem, and no making me feel bad about the mistake. Keep up the great work you do for families.

I have tried six times and the system keeps charging my card but telling me that it did not go through. This is not the first time I have had problems. It is beyond frustrating and I am about to say, "it's just not worth it."

CertifiKID Is fabulous! I use it on a regular basis to get not only discounted tickets to a local events with my kids, but also just to keep in the know as to what is going on in the area for a family friendly events! I would highly recommend this site to anyone.

I have recently moved to the area due to military orders. It is awesome to find a place that offers SO much information in one place. We are always looking for things to do and this is super helpful to find out what is around us to do!

I had a problem with a certifikid purchase of a karate place. I purchased the gift certificate when it was available in November/December and finally had a chance to use it on Wednesday, January 9. The place itself was unkempt and dirty. Not sure the last time the toys were sanitized. Bathroom was also unclean and I didn't want my children using it but I had no choice. The lessons itself were not even worth the discounted price as my children were distracted by all the chaos around it. I submitted a request to certifikid about my experience and that I wanted a refund. I received a response that it was the past their 5-day window refund so they were unable to refund my money. I can't support/trust a company like certifikid if they can't stand by the companies they highlight, do their due diligence and refund dissatisfied customers.

So glad I had tickets saved me from breaking my 5yr. Old's heart. They should make free children's ticket with purchase of adult ticket large enough to see when they pass them out at school. Barley adverted disaster with the kiddos. Thank you again.

Certifikid.com has been the starting place for so many adventures for my family. We have discovered tons of new businesses and had amazing experiences because of their discounts. My daughter has done amazing camps and classes as well as visited several awesome indoor playgrounds because of Certifikid.com

As the grandparent paying and providing transportation, I wish there had been some way to pay for my ticket in advance also.

I have bought from this company over and over again and have always been happy with the experience. The deals are great and I like that they have activities and also great products. I have even used this site to buy gifts. I don't understand any of the other reviewers who bash CertifiKID. You can't please everyone.

Unfortunately I had to make two separate accounts because my original account… i was trying to check out and kept saying my password was incorrect. I even went through and created two new passwords and it still refused to let me in to my account just to finish purchasing what I wanted to purchase.

I tried to update my credit card information, and the system would not have it. I use the card regularly but the system would not take it. I had to use a different card and then it went through but I got extremely frustrated in the process.

I cannot remove my old card. I cannot add a new card or remove my old expired card. Therefore I cannot purchase discounted tickets through the Certifikid website.

I purchased a summer camp deal from Certifikid and found out that the vendor went bankrupt at 5:30pm the week before my daughter was to begin. Vendor wasn't replying to messages. Wrote an email to CertifiKID at 6:30pm (after business hours) explaining the ordeal, asking for a full refund, included the voucher number as well as the confirmation email from the vendor listing the camp dates for the following week. I expected them to follow up with me the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I woke the next morning to see that CertifiKID had refunded me the full $320 I spent on the voucher at 11:30pm the night before! That's good customer service. Anyone who had paid for the same camp directly through the vendor probably lost all their money. I'm grateful we didn't.

This is a great thing to do with your children as easy as an expensive and you just don't know what you're gonna get my email I love this website and are always looking for something to do now and I'm always looking for something to do with them now there's unexpected and this website does that

My family has been using Certifikid for the past three years to get great ideas and deals for fun things to do with the kids. We've gone to pumpkin patches, shows, sporting events, museums and more for much less money than we would have paid otherwise. We have also found so many fun places we wouldn't have otherwise known about! We have made so many amazing memories thanks to deals we have bought on Certifikid. We love the site and recommend it to everyone!

I ended up having to ask my husband to create an account after I attempted 4 times to reset my password and log in. I tried 3 times from my cell and then tried my laptop with no luck. It was frustrating and time consuming.

The option to use a different credit card on the checkout page did not work. I kept entering a new credit card to use and each time I tried to complete the purchase I got an error that the credit card was expired. I tried this 3 times. I had to go back into my account delete the old cards, re-enter the new card and then it would go through.

Keep getting a credit card processing so I can't purchase the deal. Instead of any help, it keeps taking me to leave a review instead and telling me to double check if I am sure I want to leave a 1 star review.

Certifikid has been really awesome for our family! We love getting out together, adventuring together, having fun, and trying new things, and we've been able to do more of these activities thanks to deals on Certifikid. Deals have info about when they're valid and when they expire, helping me decide if they're helpful to our family. I do wish they had more deals for tweens and up, but activities for the older kids can be challenging to find anyway. I highly recommend checking Certifikid for deals for your family!

I had trouble adding a new card to my profile. I had to update the card several times. Finally, I deleted my old card and entered a new card. I was denied a purchase several times even though I had clicked on a radial to use another payment method.

I updated my payment method but it has not been applied, plus I put in the different payment method but it didn't go through. My previous card I tried to make a payment with was with my previous name, which was also the same name with the credit card I used to use. I don't understand why the transaction has been denied 2 times.

This is a really disgusting place. I bought the deal at xtreme and acro gym party place. When I went to the place and tried to set up a birthday appointment. I was shocked by the place. It's so old and shabby. Not sure how they can be a birthday party place. I want to get refund. But they refused. I will tell anyone just to stay away with this disgusting website. ( Certifikid.com.)

Last March I planned to have my daughter's 6th birthday party at Skyzone. Pressed for money, I purchased tickets through CertifiKID.
Then COVID struck and I had to cancel her party for the sake of doing our part to keep everyone safe. CertifiKID refused to refund my money and instead gave me a credit. I wrote 2 emails begging for a refund so I would have the money to put towards an alternate birthday plan for my daughter and they still refused. I thought they'd have a heart especially in difficult times, but nope. Here we are a year later, still fighting COVID, and my money still sits in their bank, not mine. There are never any offers on their website that are of use to my family, especially now because almost everything is still shut down due to the pandemic. So once again, I'm trying to plan something special for my daughter's pandemic birthday #2, with a credit I'm unable to use.
