I've always used a different mail order company for CEs and it always cost so much! Added on to the renewal fee for my state it's like hundreds of dollars every 2 years! Finally I have a way to get CEs done that doesn't leave me armless and legless! I might even consider brushing up my knowledge on other topics now because I'll be able to afford to do so! I'm so glad I stumbled on CEUFast! Bye bye expensive mail order CEs.
Great material but the voice player stops frequently and need to sign out and back in to restart it. Restarts from the beginning, not where it stopped. Also doesn't save the training so you have to search it again. It says resume but doesn't. My suggestion is to sign in before doing each training.

I tried contacting ceufast to get help called left message and did the chat but never got a email, phone call, or text but you took my payment with no problem, I want my money back because your follow through is very frustrating and terrible!
Didn’t get any help no one responded to my request for help, don’t waste your money or time!!!

I subscribed to a free version, and took a class only to be told at the END that I have to pay to get credit for my class. The fee should be obvious up front. It is dishonest to your customers otherwise.

However, we do offer a complimentary account option allowing users to explore all courses and take tests to familiarize themselves with our platform before committing to a subscription. It's pretty crappy to advertise courses as "free", but then once the participant has completed the course they find out they have to become a member to actually receive the certificate of completion. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

I had some difficulty figuring out whether there was a subscription discount with a promo code. I got frustrated and said "the hell with it" and just paid the $39 for 12 months. I was looking for an inexpensive course for the required OT laws in Florida. First, I had no idea I had to pay for all CE use as I only needed one course and could've paid $15 somewhere else. Secondly, the test was poorly organized and difficult to follow. It took forever! Totally unnecessary.

We are vigilant when is comes to clearly communicating our offerings, but have found over the years it's impossible for everyone to interrupt information the same way. We would never deceive people and our ratings reflect as much. We even allow users to try it before they buy it.
