These courses are timed, as well they should be. However many of the courses can be read through in far less time than required and you have to sit and wait for the timer to run out. Very frustrating!

I haven't gotten very in to taking classes yet, It would be easier to give a review when I completed some of the classes not when I was signing up.

There needs to be a CEU book like they're used to be where you can read it and go back and search for the answer, the video that I watched after I bought the CEU online, the woman talks so fast and so long and then expects you to remember all the answers and I've already failed five times so now I have to

From our records, it appears the only course you started on your CEUfast account was "AIDS/HIV One Hour, Current Evidence Based Practice," which does not include any video content. Additionally, we noticed that you purchased a subscription but requested and received a refund less than six hours later. Based on this information, it seems possible there may have been a mix-up with another provider's service.

I've been using CEUFAST for years to fulfill my ceu's for physical therapy in the state of Florida. The courses are extremely beneficial. I recommend all healthcare professionals to take a look at CEUFAST prior to subscribing any other healthcare ceu sites.

I wish less than 10 question but 13 is a lot, but yes i did learn a lot and not hard to understand, keep it up. Plus less expensive, you can take the test anytime anywhere, of course the class also, sweet.

First there is no number listed to contact a CCR, so you are forced to communicate via email; after submitting the email you get a generic response to expect reply within 24 hrs. I waited for 72 hrs with no response, sent another and still waiting. You need to have a phone line or chat service available for customers

This site is so helpful. I had 2 months to do 24 hours and this website is easy to navigate and self paced. They have assistance if you do not get a passing score on the assessments. It is one of the best continuing ed sites out. Thank you for helping me get into compliance. This site is great!

I liked the exam form, it was a different but positive experience that helps the student a lot, since it goes to the essential and main of each subject by subject and what one really needs to know and know is there, which not only goes to their interest as a student but serves to practice your daily life, with your family and being able to help others is very rewarding. CEUFast made getting my CE hours for my nursing license renewal very simple and quick. I loved the audio options and that you could narrow down your interests when searching for a course to complete. I highly recommend!

I tried contacting ceufast to get help called left message and did the chat but never got a email, phone call, or text but you took my payment with no problem, I want my money back because your follow through is very frustrating and terrible!
Didn’t get any help no one responded to my request for help, don’t waste your money or time!!!
Would not recommend or ever use this site again!

Best ceu program, keeps great records, easy to use modules print certificates, keep history of purchases. Great customer service. Have used this platform for years. Modules are not filled with unnecessary information. Highly endorse.

Efficient, effective. Slightly misleading as it says you can get free CEU but to actually get your certificate you have to purchase a package; although fairly reasonable this should be noted upfront and not on the back end when your exercise is complete!

Beautifully presented material it's just that some of the test questions are difficult to find in the information or not present and you have to guess.
Need to see use for my Washington State PT license though not sure if I signed up for the right thing?
I needed a quick class to finish a requirement.

It was very annoying, ridiculous and time consuming that there is a 5O minute duration before each test. There should of been an option or skip button to the next test, everyone reading speed isn't the same. It took me what seemed forever to complete 48 units

This is a requirement for California CNAs only and is dictated by that board. We are working with them to try to have this removed.
I tried many many times to upload my documentation. Nothing worked. Finally I called. Explorer doesn't work on their site. You have to use Chrome. Why not tell us up front? Save some time and frustration.
