Car delivered before expected arrival date, great communication, very friendly, vehicle tracking was spot on. My sister sent her car with another company and it took a month, you delivered within a two week period
I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..
My Vehicle was bought over from Melbourne to Perth, and i had items taken from my van, (cost of the missing items is around $1000 and counting), I was told I would be called, But have never received a call from any member or staff, to think my keys were intrusted to thieves, whether direct or indirect employees of CEVA is disgraceful, service during the transit was never given promises made about people contacting never happened,
Really disappointed, as I was not given a time when requesting a drop off and was told I could expect my car dropped off one day then told it would be almost 3 days later.
Really in helpful, could not confirm anything.

Great communication skills for help needed. I HAD MADE A WRONG BOOKING, so I phoned ceva logistics too relay that message too correct my fault. Reception kindly corrected my mistake and finished my booking information.

Quick and easy process, car was booked and sorted within minutes. Upon arrival, was met by friendly and helpful staff who took care of my vehicle transportation needs quickly and efficiently.
The customer service is horrible. Refuse to help and have ruined Christmas and my sons birthday by multiple delays in transporting a car and now we can't go away for his birthday. Was told 10-12 days for transport which now looks like 20 plus. Told me the car was in a ship that hadn't even got into port and won't be in port for 2-3 days. Tells me the ship is going Perth to melb direct but it's stopping in Adelaide for another delay. Was originally told the car would be here by 20th and latest 22nd and then booking provided with 24th now told between 24-31st for arrival.
Would of been quicker by truck or train and truck and still would be.

Last time I used Ceva the car I purchased did not move for over two weeks until I called then it started it's journey... I'm seriously hoping this time this will not be the case

They promise you the world but deliver dusty excuses! Quoted 9 working days before booking, requoted 13 working days after payment, 15 days later, now told delivery is now "possibly" in another 7 working days, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Do not use. Truck XV-15RI very rude. Truck was shaking my windows of my house. He blocked my driveway, was very rude, parked outside my house and driveway for over 30 minutes. Have photos and videos

Whilst transporting our car from Brisbane to Darwin CEVA staff enacted a backward jumpstart, wrecking the battery and electricals on our new car. CEVA in Darwin contacted us, stating that the car would not start, and demanding we supply a mechanic and new battery (we were 1000km away in remote NT). The battery supplier and the autoelectrician both stated in writing that the problem appeared to be the result of a backward jumpstart. Subject to lodging an insurance claim CEVA have still not accepted liability.
I have since discovered in talking with residents of Nhulunbuy and beyond that CEVA regularly mishandle and cause damage to cars shipped across Queensland and Northern Territory.
I have had an exceptionally disheartening experience with this company and cannot recommend them.
I received thoroughly professional customer service from the team at CEVA Logistics. Information was provided in a timely fashion. Great job team!.

I've used CEVA for the second time and in all seriousness, I have nothing but praise.
This particular purchase of a motor vehicle was on another level with COVID... I've made the purchase based on an image rather than inspected. Purchasing a car is stressful at any given time although paying for something you haven't physically touched or inspected places stress levels even higher. Once purchase I was told pick up was not an option and this needed to be completed by a third party. To my disappointment of having more costs, I wasn't happy with the Auction group based on the whole experience being very grey. Now stuck with another lot of headaches with pick up of vehicle I automatically went the route of Ceva. They are PROMPT✅ABSOLUTE BRILLIANCE✅PERFECTION✅QUALITY, HANDS DOWN and would not go anywhere else.

Avoid if you value you car. They don't care about the customer or quality service.
I purchased a BRAND NEW car from Cairns and the dealer organised delivery to Brisbane through CEVA.
Transport from Cairns to BNE was super quick and trackable using the online portal. However, thats where the good stuff ends.
Once the car arrived in BNE it took a full week before it was able to be delivered. It only took 2 days to travel from Cairns! Not sure why an extra 10kms was a further 7 day wait. Also, delivery could only be arranged the day before they would drop it off and timeslots were limited.
Once delivery was sorted and the car arrived, I couldn't have been more disappointed. I purchased a new car, which was clean when it left the dealers. What arrived was a muddy mess. See pictures, but basically mud all over the new interior. Footprints and handmarks on the leather.
Even the delivery driver made a crack and said that the dealer should have cleaned it for me.
Im currently in talks with the dealer on this, who is in turn talking to CEVA but apparently a dirty interior isn't covered by their insurance as it's not classed as 'damage'.
CEVA post online about being skilled at transporting luxury vehicles, yet treated my 82K car like a farm truck.
