Car delivered before expected arrival date, great communication, very friendly, vehicle tracking was spot on. My sister sent her car with another company and it took a month, you delivered within a two week period
I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..

Ability to carry a Car with 5.7 inches / 145 mm clearance without additional costs.
So far they seem well organized and are easy to deal with. Other companies charging excessive fees for standard cars that do not have 150 mm clearance. If they are not capable of carrying standard cars they should get out of the business.

Pickup is always late than promised, and dont provide drop off schedule in time.
Pricing and website is good, but need to improve their pickup and dropoff time.
