Car delivered before expected arrival date, great communication, very friendly, vehicle tracking was spot on. My sister sent her car with another company and it took a month, you delivered within a two week period
I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..

The van arrived in Darwin a lot quicker than expected. When we made the booking online we were told the van would arrive in Darwin on the 8th Nov but got the phone call it arrived on the 28th Oct so very excited to get the van but the bonus was it arrived early. Booking online was easy and simple as well (not confusing at all) Thanks
Car arrived prior to delivery date which was great.
However, the car sat in the depot for 6 days, prior to final delivery. The car was left in an unenclosed area where staff havd access to vehicle to sit in and eat their lunch. McDonalds and Subway papers, wrappers and napkins left in the car and stuffed in bumper bar. Wasn't really impressed.
Otherwise all good.
CEVA offered the BEST quoted price for my transport requirements. At the time of booking I was given an ETA (subject to change/delays). My vehicle arrived a day earlier than the ETA. Very happy and will definitely use CEVA again.

In the beginning, It was difficult to get through to the right person to answer my questions ( my calls were going offshore to the Phillipines) but once I got throught to CEVA Brisbane everything was fine, I told her my situation, the operator on the phone was pleasant to deal with. Communication was very good after that, the driver communicated with us when our vehicle would be delivered.

Car was delivered safe and high Wycombe staff were great to deal with. I didn't like being transferred to Thailand off shore customer service very very frustrating
My only concern is the inside of the rear window where it appears the soft top fabric has somehow bumped out of its normal position. Who can I talk to about this?

Good easy way to organise a delivery of a car.
Would prefer personal follow up after initial booking to know I had done things the right way.
I suppose this is an old fellas thing.
I found 7 days for pickup and delivery from Sydney to Brisbane to be double the duration expected.
Also, when booking only an estimate of the duration was available.
My car arrived early so I was happy with that. The radio antenna was broken on arrival. A bit disappointed as they just left it broken on the passenger seat and never said anything about it.
Car was delivered very quickly, faster than quoted date. The only complaint I would make is I never received confirmation when car was dropped off at depot.
Was happy with my recent experience. Yet to wash my car but all appears well upon pick-up yesterday from your Minto Depot. Online tracking was surprisingly pretty good. Not a fan of your overseas call centre and prefer to deal direct with people locally at the depot level. Would have liked to know more about your internal procedures when transporting cars b/w depot to rail, rail to road etc to provide myself with a little more comfort on how my car was being handled. Was very anxious to ensure my car was not damaged in any way, and requested it not be washed (it wasn't). Being an older air-cooled car, even the warm-up procedure before driving the car is important to ensure longevity of the motor etc. I got the premium service, and enquired about the race car service but was told it was not an option as my car is not lower than 110mm. Would be good to have a more personal service with a direct contact but understand you probably work off volume and turnover. Like I said, so far it appears my car arrived without any noticeable damage, and it arrived on time, so I'm happy.
On time for pick up. Early for delivery. Car out the front for depot pickup. Good price, exceeded expectations. Polite staff. Good experience all round.
I bought a ute in WA and CEVA transported it to a small town in the Mid North Coast of NSW. Icould track the vehicle at every point and all contact was by friendly staff. I would have no hesitation with using CEVA for car carrying, should the occasion arise.

Everything was excellent except for your *** booking Centre. They are hard to understand & do not understand your customers wants & needs. Please return to your old method of booking in Australia
Both the admin *** I spoke to at the Truganina depot and Minto depot were very helpful,your off shore call centre *** not so good.
Car came quicker than forcast
100 percent happy with the service, from the time the vehicle was picked up to the time it was delivered where requested. I was always kept up-to-date as to the progress of the delivery.
Early arrival. No scratch or dints. No Fuss. Sound as a button and respected my request for early return confirmation call because I had a way to travel to depot.
