I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..
Beware anyone wanting a car transported by Ceva Logistics. The website takes your money $1873. 97 then gives you message saying we have taken payment but will not transport the car. We had a equally negative experience speaking with with logistics company CEVA's customer service when we used their website to book transport for a vehicle we bought from Grey Brisbane to be delivered to Cairns. They say its a glitch and wont refund our money for two weeks and wont collect from Greys auction yard.

It was quite a easy process booking on line. I called yesterday regarding what time for pick up today, I spoke to a helpful gentleman, who initially could answer the enquiry. He found out the information and Called me straight back

For a company that advertises a smooth free experience, often posting positive reviews to back this up, is not quite the case for me. They have had my car parked up in Adelaide since 05 Nov 21 with absolutely no updates of when it is likely to depart. I have called numerous times only to speak to people that have no idea when my car will be moved. No texts, no emails not returned calls, nothing. What can guarantee though is they will take your money as quick as a flash! I am hoping this is an isolated case, but if you are thinking of transporting your pride and joy and communication is important to you then perhaps avoid CEVA.

This company is a big JOKE. The shipper paid for Three day delivery and my shipment has been in Houston for a week now. No phone numbers you can contact someone with or anything. Please do not use this sorry Company.!
CEVA did not pick up on designated day and failed to ring me to advise. Multiple attempts to get in contact with someone in CEVA who knew what was going on through your call centre. No one called me back that day despite several promises. I acknowledge that the contact number at the pick up point was originally incorrect how ever, a call back in a timely manner would have sorted that out. Finally Vanessa from CEVA called the following day and things were quickly resolved thanks to her. CEVA need to stop hiding behind their call center masquerading as customer service. When there are problems, your customers need to talk to someone from the company who knows what is going on. Lets hope the delivery scheduled for 25 Oct goes better than the pick up

My 1934 Ford hotrod has been sitting in the Perth depot for 3 weeks.
I have paid extra for delivery to my door yet they just can't seem bothered enough to actually put it on a truck and deliver it.
They say I am welcome to hire a trailer and come pick it up but there will be NO REFUND to the depot to door portion. ($240)
Only after you pay do they advise you of the estimated day of delivery, which in my case was an astonishing 4 weeks.
If I had known that fact I would have hired another company.

Sent 3 cars to FNQ from Sydney. 2 Damaged. They took 2 weeks to review my claim then rejected it! Claimed hail damage for a missing spoiler and a dent the size of my fist on the roof( which they don't cover). I would suggest look for another carrier. Completely useless to deal with!
Online really good, phone contact not so helpful. Had hoped for a recommendation or advice about where to get the car cleaned to meet the WA quarantine regulations, but the gentleman I spoke to didn't have that information.

After approaching other Transport Companies for quotes, and receiving mixed responses, we struck gold on finding Ceva Logistics. Their website is simple to navigate and we received a quote almost immediately. Their pricing was very competitive, and communication since we accepted the quote has been excellent. We are able to track the vehicles progress on-line, and most of all the company offer door to door service. We look forward to receiving the vehicle, on time and in good condition, next month.

So far booking was very easy. Communication was extremely poor. Numerous times I chased an update only to be put through to an off shore call centre. Off shore contact had no understanding of a classic car that needed care.

Very disappointed, I booked a Express pick up on 02/12/2021, on that day, no one called to Confirm, I call the service number, just been told, can't pick up at what I am booked time and even can't tell when can! If you can not do that you should call me before that happens. I'll leave 1 star on google review as well

Easy, but when I called prior to booking to confirm whether or not I could drop off the day before, and when I call afterwards to double check cancellation policy in these current times, there was some confusion on the phone. I think all is resolved.

Handlers have literally crashed my car in transit and refuse to cover the damage. The claims agent here in Melbourne sent me an email from his phone, on the spot, saying the case has been reviewed and rejected and was closed. While I was standing there. Disgraceful and now I need to take out an insurance claim to replace my front end.
Do not use these guys.

I booked on Monday for a Wednesday pickup - no communication that this wasn't occurring. Client waited at property all day until I called to understand why pickup had not occurred. Supervisor supposed to call me back - hours later still no contact. Pickup has 1 week delay - utterly disappointed and dis satisfied customer. Would not recommend and will not use this organisation again.

Hi, my vehicle was collected from Lloyds Auctions in Carrara a week ago to I think your depot. It has not yet been moved and when we enquired about the two week delivery time qe were advised that was just a default for your drivers for breaks. I am really keen to know, when will this vehicle actually be delivered?

Booked online 1/12, emailed paperwork as requested, on 5/12 when I followed up they had lost the paperwork and then found it. Ron in customer service promised to come back to me with an ETA, no call. Again 6/12 I rang, "I will send Ron a message to get back to you". Now on the 7th day from booking, I message again via the website, with no response. Do yourself a favour, find a local guy with a tilt tray, dont rely on these guys.
Zero customer service, will not return calls as promised.
It had a convenient link on the Grays auction website. Never again.

We have put our car on 9/6/2020 (NSW) and still waiting for 1/7/2020 (WA). Should be in a week, when we call customer service, they said, they waiting for the rail company to give space, all bull, that is not customer problem, call one week later the same answer and the car is still in Adelaide rail station.
Very disappointed and there no system to complain, we send enquiry to the email but same answer.
Ceva have been contracted to move a trailer interstate for us and have done nothing but lie and gaslight us. There has been constant lies in failing to communicate to us, and ensure that our trailer be picked up and delivered. When trying to contact anyone, you are given the run around through different people and every where leads to a dead end where you don't actually get to speak to anyone. The only person we have been able to speak to has been in an international call centre and wasnt able to actually give us any tangible information. Ceva will lie and say they have attempted to call you when they havent, and will simply decide to not pick up or deliver your items. A disgrace.

The online experience is good however there were a couple of matters that I would like to have talked to a Perth staff member about and the call-centre was, like most call-centre experiences, less than adequate.

As an account holder with ceva I had to pay in a hurry fir an online quote due to short lead /confirmation time as it was close to Xmas, when I received my account price there was quite a difference so I asked to have it swapped for account price. Sorry We can't do that was the answer I got. Not happy
