Car delivered before expected arrival date, great communication, very friendly, vehicle tracking was spot on. My sister sent her car with another company and it took a month, you delivered within a two week period
I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..
Overall pretty good; just had issues at the pick up end, as the pick up tip tray driver didn't seem to know what he was doing: stalled car twice an then had to send for another flat bed car and another driver; I had to dealt with this from Brisbane on the phone, which was stressful
I found my experience with *** good and efficient, although my car arrived with a window that had fallen down but which was fine when it left the vendor. I am prepared to accept that this was a transit thing and took everything apart last Saturday and saved myself $150 at the garage by fixing a fairly difficult and complex job myself. The defect was reported to Arliegh at your Melbourne depot who was helpful.
CEVA provide an excellent transport option to deliver my car from NSW to Tasmania within an agreed time frame. Their tracking portal gave up to date information on the location and delivery, and I receive a call from the local depot as soon as the car arrived. I can highly recommend this carrier for transporting vehicles.
Overall not a bad service, however I paid for express and the vehicle stayed in the yard for 3.5 days. Arrived on a Saturday morning 8am and delivered on the Tuesday afternoon. Given it arrived early it could have been delivered sooner not just what until the last day of expected delivery times. Even the driver said he could have delivered sooner. Strange! Appears to be a little bit of money grabbing here, just my view.
My car was picked up on the arranged day in Brisbane, and delivered to my home address in Adelaide well within the estimated delivery time.
The truck driver called before coming to my residence to make sure someone was home on the day.
He was very friendly and obviously keen about his job and had a passion for cars.
I should most importantly add that the car was delivered in perfect condition. Very happy.
I would like to say that my experience in NSW was quite poor, while in *** was excellent. I'm rating this 5-stars as *** from ***toria was able to turn around a very poor experience prior to my car arriving in ***toria. She went over and above to assist me in receiving a car a certain day, fully understanding that the next business day I had all my *** *** and Inspections lined up. I really do appreciate this extra care to accomodate my reasonable requests. Would definitely recommend *** and Ceva. If only everyone in the company was like her.
It was a simple pross of arranging the car to be picked up and delivered as arranged. CEVA called me timely and informed me about the delivery and that things were on track. There is nothing to fault on the delivery side, but the car was incredibly dusty and dirty, adding that small touch of washing the car done would have been awesome. Whilst I understand that this might not be possible, its the small gestures like this that makes the experience amazing.
Suited my requirements
The whole process was easy, from booking and dropping my car off to picking it up at the other end. Transit time was much quicker than expected, and I appreciated the option to transport personal effects in the car at an additional cost.
Good verbal communication when you get through to operator which can take sometime. The only issue is with tracking online with none of the dates being accurate. The car is intransit online in one area 14 Nov and then in another area it says that it is waiting for despatch on the 18 Nov. Vert confusing and tracking system does not seem to live.
During the past 12 months I have used Ceva to transport my vehicle from one end of the country to the other multiple times with and without luggage. Their service is always paramount to that of any other transport company I have used; they always ensure their customers are looked after and the vehicles are taken care of. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone wanting to transport their vehicles. Thank you Ceva!

The booking process was smooth, and the car arrived in Brisbane on the day as scheduled.
Only disappointment was the passenger side mirror was broken on arrival. It appears someone had maybe moved it to fit in a tight spot and not put it back. You will see in your photo taken at drop point that the mirror was in the correct spot. We did not notice it at pick up until we were about to drive off, and rain was looming so we did not have time to take care of it. The lady *** who drove the car out for us saw that we had a problem with the mirror after we had said all looked good to go. Once we arrived at home we realized the mirror was broken off inside. We have had to have it repaired. ***
Contact with the seller was not good and they arranged to meet in the afternoon then didnt ring and didnt call but collected the next day.
Contact at our end was brilliant, I received a call and was told when it would be delivered and it was delivered during the middle of the time frame given and the car was in excellent condition.
More care should be given to communication at both ends, not just one, but otherwise a fantastic experience.
I used CEVA on this second occasion due to the very positive first experience and I was not let down. Everything was professional and quick, the pricing was very competitive and the vehicle arrived earlier than I expected. Importantly, it was also in excellent condition.

All the relevant information to transport my vehicle from Brisbane to Melbourne was provide by the very helpful lady in the office who took down all my details and made all the necessary bookings to make the experience very painless. The vehicle arrived in Melbourne before the scheduled date which was a real bonus.

The transport arrangement was timely and an easy process. I would have liked the vehicle tracker to be more up to date. According to the tracker my car was delivered to Davenport TAS and waited there for 5 days, however once the car tracker was updated it was only there for a couple of days.
The call centre is rubbish. I spoke to several people, and all of them had no idea about the services that are offered. For example in one of my many phone calls I got into an arguement with one person who said i can't have the factory *** and tool kit in the boot because no tools are allowed to be transported, then when I dropped off the car, the people on site said I CAN have the factory *** as it's part of the car and up to 60kg of stuff in the boot without extra charge. (even though i didn't). The staff on site at both depots were all very friendly, helpful and very professional. The call centre was painful
*** came to the rescue when we were unable to drive home to Melbourne from Perth due to fires and road closures. The Receptionist and the young man checking in the car were very thorough. The car arrived on the due date with no damage.
First telephone call to receptionist at pick up and delivery was excellent to deal with and the pick up guys were excellent,easy to deal with and very helpful.

Easy to book through CEVA and vehicle pick up was on time and friendly. I was nervous waiting for my car as it was travelling across Australia to Perth during the bushfire crisis. My vehicle turned up early despite my concern about delays.

Gave updates re pick up date for car in WA. Able to track the car’s travel very easily. Car was in *** earlier than estimated. CEVA receptionist was pleasant when calling re my car’s arrival & on the day. They were very organised at the depot. *** at the depot was pleasant and professional.
