Chachashops

It's obviously a fast fashion site. But it's worse! They are not a transparent company, failing to hold true to their prices, their shipping times, and their clothing quality. They speak to you like you're texting a child - and I can see why they do that. For the younger generation. But kids, save your money! You can get cheap clothing from just as $#*!ty of companies for a better price, faster shipping and you'll be treated like an actual customer. CHACHA shops even blamed me, to my face, for the delay in my order compared to their shipping promises. Saying that it's taking too long because I ordered too much stuff? What the heck?! Who says that to a customer? Your order won't make it out in time because you choose too many things. Don't you want people to buy things? Isn't this all your company does? How does the amount push me to the back of the line? 10 things isn't too many. We've all ordered from sites like this before. It's not the customers fault CHACHA can't get their act together. AVOID…. Unless you like wasting both money and time.
