I have ordered 3 different pairs of shoes from Chamaripa, and I have been pleased with each purchase! Not only do they serve their purpose of providing additional height, but they are stylish as well. I've gotten many compliments on how they look. I've even exercised/went to the gym in one of the older pairs and had quite effective workouts. I am very happy with the products from Chamaripa, and I plan on purchasing more!
I bought $450 in shoes. I returned them for a different size. It cost me almost $500 to ship to China. When I chat or email, they told me that they got my returns and will process my order or give me a refund. They also on discussions have said that they have no credit and they never got my return. I sent it federal express so I know they got them. This has been going on since September 2019. Just this week they made an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I have already closed the PayPal for the transaction before they would agree to refund. Of course now they are telling me that they are a different company and are not sure why I am contacting them. Frustrating!
Just horrible experience buying from this company.

I have purchased elevator shoes for formal apparel and they look like normal shoes, with a 3.15 inch increase. I think they are wonderful and they smell like genuine leather too! I plan to buy more

I ordered 4 pairs during black Friday. Although there were some delays with the shipping, all goods arrived in perfect state. Sophie from customer service have been very kind and reactive.

These shoes fit really snug. They give you the added height.
And they are amazingly comfortable.
Great purchase
I got many models of this company. I appreciated a lot the support riceved from them, special from Sophia. So i raccomanted for sure for the quality and the result!
I ordered a pair of shoes which did not fit. They gave me never-ending run around when I tried to return them, perpetually warning me that it would cost me a fortune to return them to China, and suggesting I just give or sell the shoes to someone who would like them! After MANY requests for the "return authorization number" (which they "require" but never sent) they gave me an address to send them to, warning me to LEAVE OFF any evidence of my order or purchase price, ostensibly to reduce the duty taxes (which they reminded me many times that I would have to pay, with no hint of how much that would be), but effectively leaving no way for my returned shoes to be connected to MY account! Since I now realize that there is no way these people will ever give me back the purchase price (they could claim they had to shell out $150 in "duty"...) I am forced to keep the shoes. IGNORE the positive reviews or overall 4-star rating or whatever. The positive reviews are clearly written by the company with fake American-sounding names like "John" and "Khalid" -- definitely NOT written by any American who speaks English.
