While they sell a great product (Prodeco Bikes) they low-ball the time for delivery to make sure you order. Then they string you along. They waited two weeks to enter my order with the dealer, charging me $1100 on the first day of order. Then they said the dealer takes no more than two weeks but the dealer on their face book page is stating it a minimum of 3 weeks for shipping. Just a bunch of b. S. and lies to make sure you don't look elsewhere to order; no concern for customer satisfaction. I sold my car based on their representations, had to pay $1100 on my credit card before I even received the bike. I contacted Prodeco and they did try to rush the order for me, but Champion SUCKS! Order from someone else.
