Max Hopper was a good listener to my travel goals, very informative, and obtained tickets at $300.00 less than searching on Expedia. I am contacting him again for my fourth ticket later. For those who offer poor reviews, sometimes it is us, client who needs to be patient.
It's a scam site they are gonne show a price you book your flight and after you call, the flight you want is not available. They then say you need to pay the ticket for double price. If you say that you want a refund they say is not refundable. I had to cancel my cerdit card. It's fraud and dishonest marketing. Dont make business with them.

This is the second airfare purchase made on this site.
After searching for the itinerary options and fares, per the website suggestion, I called the toll free number to inquire if there were any better deals. To my surprise, both times, Jack Watson patiently searched various itineraries which was complicated with our party departing from different cities. I can highly recommend Jack's professionalism, courtesy and efficiency handling my reservations, exceeding my expectations. And, my phone calls were picked up after the first ring, too, unlike calling airlines which can put you on hold for hours. Call this site first; you won't be disappointed.
Chloe was very helpful in confirming my reservations that were made over 5 months ago. Chloe has offered to even help me get my boarding passes and check in online, which will be very helpful as I am departing before dawn the day of my trip. Thank you Chloe!
I booked a trip 3 months in advance. Day after I booked trip they called me and economy was not available to had to upgrade for more cost. Then they charged my credit card for part of the fare threw Delta $596, then charged my card for almost $500 more then the balance of $281. Owed. If my credit company had not gotten suspicious and contacted me I would have paid $500 more for tickets than quoted. They say, we will charge your card a couple of times but never over the amount quoted. Bull, they lie. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Don't trust them, I am still trying to get the original $596 amount back that went through my credit card. Was lucky enough to block the remaining amounts. Learned my lesson, check out companies before buying.
Within moments of booking I got a call saying economy was booked up and only main cabin was available! I told them to cancel I knew right away it's a scam company
Had to call the credit card company to put an alert on for suspicious activity!
Don't not use them!
Pay the extra and use a reputable company! As you will pay more in the long run and who knows what else
I had to quickly block my credit card. Once you book a ticket they will start calling you wanting your card info over the phone. They say you will get a cheaper fee by paying over the phone. After they called me 4 or 5 time within 10 minutes I told the person I wanted to cancel the ticket and I was told I could not cancel. SO I had to block my credit card before it could be charged. The airfair prices are low on this site for a reason. SCAM
Tip for consumers:
CheapDealsFare.Com is a SCAM
I made a reservation for round trip ticket, Salt Lake City to Bangor and back. Waited and waited for email confirmation which never came. About an hour after making the reservations online, I got a call from an agent at Cheapfare..., asking me if there was another airport, another date, etc. Another airport? Has she ever looked at a map of Maine? LOL. I was clearly a victim of bait and switch and right off the bat told her," I want a refund. I'm only interested in the deal I clicked for. Refund me now." She tried to convinced me it was "normal" to have to haggle over the specifics and I told her," I'm going to call the bank" about 3 times until she agreed and said," Ma'am, I'm issuing a full refund." Don't use this vendor!
We booked round trip flights through this site at the price quoted. Within a few minutes we received a phone call stating there was a problem in final booking. Was told because there wasn't enough economy seats available on one of the flights booked, a ticket had to be upgraded at an additional cost of $135. They emailed us a form where we would sign to agree to the additional cost. Reluctantly, and with a feeling we were possibly being taken...we agreed and signed. Later found out the original quoted price on our credit card charge went to the airline...the $135 additional charge went to Cheap Deals Fare. We were scammed! Always read reviews first about an Internet site you have not used before.
First, they show you a great price when you book it. Once you give your credit card and all other information, they put you on pending and then they say outgoing flight is not confirmed but your inflight is confirmed. Then they will say that the outgoing flight was sold out on economy but available in higher class with additional $$ and try to sell you a higher price ticket. What a bunch of Con Artist.
I booked a flight on this site and it kept saying it was processing so I called the listed number. They do not speak very good English plus it was still processing my purchase because economy had filled up. They were looking for seats in the main cabin which was going to cost $244.00 dollars more. This is a very sneaky and dishonest way to do business. I requested they cancel since it was still processing and they did. I checked my credit card and it had not processed. I will never use this site.
This is not a good site. The flights are a good price. Once you choose they say there are no seats and needs to be upgraded. Bait and Switch. I will not use again. Also there are extra fees that agent says it's taxes, but it is agent fees according to my bank. They lied
I booked a flight online for a roundtrip with this site. Two hours later, someone from this agency called me to say that United Airlines had accepted the outbound flight, but that the return trip had gone up in price. I said, "Cancel." I was told I could not cancel without airline cancellation fees. United has a policy of 24 hour cancellation, but it was not available to me. This site made a contract for a round trip ticket, couldn't provide, but wouldn't let me cancel when they didn't follow through on the contract. I contacted the FTC with a complaint and also my credit card company.
Within minutes of "booking" I received an email asserting my AA reservation was not confirmed, booking was on hold, and the ticket class was not available. Someone called and tried to switch me to Delta at the same price and approximate times, and this was highly suspect. I asked to cancel ASAP and they tried to continually assert this Delta flight was the same and a great deal without conceding to a prompt refund. Very pushy, and upon reviewing the email they sent, its all a front/scam. STAY AWAY and be careful who you book through. Fortunately, it looks like my card has not been charged.
BAIT AND SWITCH - they show economy prices and after I booked they said all economy seats are booked on the flight down so the cost is actually $400 more, so I asked them to cancel my purchase but they already booked the return flight & said they can't refund that money, instead I can only have e-credit with that airline. This is completely unacceptable. This business is fraudulent. They lie on their site. Do not use them.
Cynthia was great called me an found me a flight that was closer to my home to fly out of. She listened to my concerns an did everything from finding discounts to helping with seats for us. She even promised to call back an did. Cynthia is definitely someone that value at your company
0 STARS! This website is 100% a scam. You will book a flight and within 10-15 mins you get a call saying that a flight is no longer available and you have to pay an up charge to get on the flight. Then if you try to cancel they tell you it's $100 dollars to cancel or $100 bucks to upgrade. SCAM.
I booked a flight through them and got a confirmation for the flight. I then called them the night before because I usually receive a check in 24 hours before. They told me my flight was not confirmed and they sent me an email and called me. I could not find the email and I never got a call. They told me I could book it with them for $1100( it was originally $400). I'm not even sure this is a legit company but if it is they have customer service people that aren't in the US, barely speak English and try to scam you for a ridiculous fee.
Tip for consumers:
The customer service people are not from the US
When I booked my round trip, I was led to believe my flight would be $373.46. I just received a call from the company. The phone number didn't look legit, so I let it go to voicemail. When I called, the answering machine didn't even say that this was Cheap Flights Fare. It just asked for my reference number. Then, an Indian man, in broken English told me that I still owed money. It turned out that I would now be paying $547.80! I would receive a penalty of $124 in penalties if I canceled. UGH. I wish I'd gone with a reputable company like Travelocity or Expedia!
Avoid at all costs!
I booked a flight through this scam company. Later I received an email saying I needed to call them to confirm my ticket. For starters, the number provided was a Chinese number, not a toll free number.
Once I called them they told me the fare I paid for wasn't available and I needed to pay a higher price and take a different return flight. When I told them I did not agree and I want either the flight I paid for or a full refund, I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee.
After almost 30 minutes on the phone and threatening to report the charge as fraudulent if I wasn't given a full refund, they finally agreed.
Through the years I have booked dozens of tickets through their competitors with no problems. I will never be booking through CheapDealsFare again.
He did a great job on searching for me and i daughter a cheaper flight with a great deal! He is very nice and knowledgeable guy. He has a great personality. I really enjoyed talking to him. And thank for helping me with my flight!
Chloe Miller helped and so did Jady Wilson. The airline had entered the wrong end date of my credit card, the charge was declined so Chloe had to help me get everything straightened out and completed.
The prices listed are not true, after booking he flight day called to try to sell of diffident tickets for more expense (double the price).
