Cheapeasyflights

Yesterday, October 14,2010, I was lured to this website by advertised cheap flights... nothing new, really... but I decided to check it out. I talked with Joey who was very cordial, etc. and found me a fantastic price of 1189. 72 to fly roundtrip to Bangkok from a small Midwest town on a major US airlines. WOW! He said that price included all taxes and fees. Then when I went to print out my itinerary, the base price for the ticket was 1197. 89, (in 18 pt or so type) AND the total with taxes and fees came to 1525. 89...(in 8 pt or so type right below the base price. I have tried repeatedly to contact Joey... no one seems to know of him the 3 out of 15 or 16 times I have called the company and someone actually answered. The 3 times I did reach someone I was put on hold while they said they needed to look up something or talk with someone else about the matter. Shortly thereafter, disconnect. The other times, I was always disconnected after their announcement that the call would be recorded for quality assurance purposes. Interestingly enough when talking with one of their reps about the price discrepancy I told them to find the recording of the sale conversation, for "quality assurance purposes". I was told the only thing they actually record is the part where they read to you their terms of the sale with regards to refunds, date changes, etc.
To make matters worse for myself, I went to the Delta website and the very same ticket was 1352, inclusive of fees, taxes of 98.00. (base price was 1253. 20)
When I called my credit card company they had charged me 1,431. That sale is still pending.
By the way they go by EDS Global Alliance, Inc. when you call them. And International Travel, San Francisco when they process the sale to your credit card.
