Once you book once your information is saved for future travels. We booked online and found the prices to be competitive and easy to use. I have booked on my laptop and mobile app

I opened the Canadian website www.cheapoair.ca
Looked at the flight I wanted. The price was very tempting. On the right top corner of the page it said "prices displayed in Canadian dollar.
I booked, I get the same price.
I check my credit card, it' over charged by $ 400. I called and they explained to me it was a USD amount and my booking was from www.cheapoair.com.
I talked to 4 customer service people, one transferred me to another.
An hour and a half over the phone and the best they could offer was cancel my ticket and rebook another one in Canadian price. The ticket they offered was so $#*!ty and expensive. I said give me my money back but they said to cancel there is cancellation fees for each ticket as I booked 2.
Horrible horrible experience, I don't want anyone to go through what I went through.
Brutal customer service, they all tried to convince me I booked on the dot com not the dot ca website. I asked them to open two different pages one for the Canadian website and one for the American and look up similar route as my ticket.
The Canadian website gave them the exact same amount which I saw when I booked. And yet they tried to convince me that I booked from the US website.
MY browser history says www.cheapoair.ca but they keep telling me it was www.cheapoair.com!

I using cheapoair before 3 years. I never faced any problems with my flights. Easy process to make your reservations for your flights and also they always offer you many options for any flight

I've used CheapOair.ca to book my flights on 3 separate occasions: I've found the rates to be the best available, I will use them every time for booking my flights, no questions about it.

I've used Cheapoair several times to book flights and it has been great. The last trip I went on, the tickets I found through Cheapoair were almost $1500 less than what I was finding through other sites and it was a DIRECT FLIGHT!

It is not recommended to use Cheapoair nor Icelandair.
My wife and me booked a return flight through Cheapoair from Toronto to Paris on Icelandair. During our return the flight controllers in France went on work disruption/strike and Charles De Gaulle Airport was in a chaotic situation. As a result of that we missed our flight back to Toronto. We went to Icelandair office in the airport and they refused to do anything with us because as they say the flight was already negotiated by Cheapoair, also they offered us to buy another flight for the next day for the double of the inicial price. So we were obliged to spend the night in Paris and return on another carrier which is more reliable, cheaper, customer friendlier and most of all honest. When we got to Toronto we called Cheapoair and explained and waited for nearly one hour over the phone since the attendant was negotiating with Icelandair and came back with a refund of $45 Canadian. What a joke.
Therefore I dont recommend anyone to use Cheapoair or Icelandair. These days travelling is prone to delays and you dont need to deal with such irresponsible companies who abandon their clients at a crucial moment.

The site is good and easy to use it doesn't confuse you. You are able to go back to things you started. Just don't like the fact u can't book more then on ticket on the same person name

I always book my flight with CheapOair, as the search is user friendly and I usually get the best price or most convenient flight. I can also book multiple destinations in our trips.
